An hour for a door dash order from this location. Of course, it was cold,hard and nasty by the time the dasher arrived with after waiting there for 49 min!! I was sent a pic by the dasher when he was heafed my way. I knew from the pic that my order had been sitting for a while. I only chose this location due to it being less than 2 miles from my job. I placed an online dd order at 6:54pm. The dasher sat there from 7:00pm til 7:42. My order continuously went from “preparing order” to “dasher waiting for order” more than 3x. Pushing the timeframe back from 7:07-7:17pm arrival to 7:42-43. The dasher didnt drive away until 7:49pm. I gave him another tip as I felt bad that this guy got stuck there on 1 order!! Sitting here watching the timeframe on this location get pushed back nonstop for an hour so you’d think my food wouldve at least been hot! (I called in store after 30min of time pushback with no answer,of course!) After an hour , so I’ll assume it say there and wasnt handed out on time!!! This mcds location absolutely disgusted me! Just like the food I received at a ridiculous timeframe! A messy,nasty looking big mac with hard bread, a pound of lettuce and too much mustard. 10 cold hard nuggets and a fillet o fish meal also with hard bread with cold, limp fries. No ketchup packet for the cold fries. (online wont let you select for fries) No straw for my watered down sprite soda with melted ice. I was so pissed cause I spent $21 on mcds because was hungry, looking for a close FAST! food location that wouldnt break the bank. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will def eat elsewhere if I dont have time to bring my lunch to work. This location should NOT accept any door dash orders!! They are not capable of providing good, hot food orders or service! What type of “restaurant” makes you wait an hour for a couple sandwiches?!?! Visit/order from a different location than this one if its at all possible.

A whole sandwich was missing and in my 4 piece nuggets they just squirted tartar sauce or mayo and closed it up really terrible!! I live 20 mins away. hopefully all those employees get fired and this establishment gets closed down.

I’m literally right down the street from here so the fact that everytime I’m craving a little Micky D’s it’s pretty inconvenient that I have to drive out of the way to either the Central West End, U City, or Kirkwood location. The fact that it’s open 24 hours is probably the only thing saving this place right now…for obvious reasons…hence the long lines late at night. The food is horrible. The drinks are horrible. Forget about the food being cold that’s the least of their problems it’s not even good! I mean it’s not lacking in taste, that’s not what I’m saying, it’s just flat out disgusting! I mean it’s BAD. I’m not sure, I’ve never worked at a McDonald’s before, but I know that there’s recipes and there are ways that you prepare and cook every single thing on the menu because every single other location does it, that’s how chains are. Y’all’s do the exact same thing as every other location. Or you’re supposed to. So I’m just wondering how every other McDonald’s I’ve been to in all the states I’ve been have never had such an issue with taste. And the fact that people have been complaining about it per the reviews yet no changes seem to have been made. Are owners and management too scared to speak up to their workers? Is this like a family thing and you guys like don’t know how to tell family to not make a bad burger? Because I always see the same exact workers there.

I door dashed late night early morning. First the app said if lobby is closed to use drive thru. But apparently you have to go inside to this tiny lobby area. There is no way out of the drive thru except all the way thru. got there at 1:57 am and was stuck in the drive thru till after 2:17 bc they were just chatting it up with a van at the last window while having 7 Dashers in line trying to get to their orders. Then I got a few more orders and everytime I showed up all they done was complain about having to do their jobs. No stars. Absolutely horrible.

I was picking up a Door dash order for a customer and the female with the red dye in her hair displayed horrible customer service. No, hello or good bye just “are you ordering or picking up?” I said I was picking up an order and several minutes passed and I got the food. She placed the order in front of me, no “thank you, have a good day” or anything of that nature. She just walked off. I said , “this customer service is horrible ” and she told me to never comeback, which I won’t do! That place is trash!

Stopped for the monopoly game pieces, bought the large quarter pounder meal. Should come with 3 game pieces, was only on the fries. Had to come back in for my other 2 game pieces. On top of that I ordered no onions. Opened my burger NOTHING but onions like I asked for extra (what I come to learn is if you deviate from the menu at all they do the opposite of what you ask for, not an isolated incident). Then on top of all that the food is COLD!!! Fries are extra salty!!! Once this monopoly game is over I’m done with McDonald’s point blank period. Thought the service would be better since I stopped by a location in the county as opposed to the city.

Just went to The drive-through window atMcDonald’s on Hanley Road in Richmond Heights Missouri and I ordered three Mc doubles plain with cheese one McChicken plain and one Mc crispy. The person at the microphone was totally confused because they thought I wanted a Mc crispy and not a McChicken. I got it straightened out and then she left off the Mc crispy and order just a McChicken, I had to re-state what I wanted againand when I got to the register, finally they did not have the McChicken and the Mc crispy was plain completely, and it was not crispy at all!!! The whole order was screwed up and it reminded me why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore.
