Online order placed. App said the order was ready. Arrived and the order was not ready! Got home to eat and was unbelievably dissapointed in the quality and flavor (or lack of flavor) dont eat here!!! $15 a meal! Worst $38 bucks I have ever spend!! Im not even picky about food! A refund would be the only good thing that could come from this experience!! Ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches with tots and onion rings which were soggy and the ordered lettuce and tomatoes for one sandwich were MIA!! If you want a good burger go to in-n-out, you want a good chicken sandwich go to texas hot chicken in Murray. I mean the hospital caffeteria in Murray does 1000 times bettter chick and tots meal!! We need the option for negative stars!!

Consistently delicious food and great service. I love their prime rib steakburger. And I love that they have jalapeño fry sauce and it is NOT spicy but has a great flavor (you should really try it if you haven’t). While I myself like spicy food fine, it’s nice to be able to share it with people who don’t like anything spicy and see their face of surprise as they find out they really like the flavor of jalapeño in their fry sauce (and they say “wow, it’s really not spicy”. Also the little packets of fry seasoning are delicious (either on the fries or the burgers, or both). This location was clean and quick to serve great food, just like the others I have been to. The concrete was tasty. Not sure the difference between a concrete and a shake but maybe thickness I’m guessing? Anyway, great place for a yummy meal.

Freddy’s is great. I’ve been to several of them in nearby states. The quality of food is excellent and the workers have always been very friendly. It is slightly more expensive than other fast food, but it’s much better taste and quality. The old diner look and feel is great as well. They also have great shakes and ice cream.

We ordered online for pickup and as you would expect we were completely taken advantage of by the quality of the food that was prepared. Not only was it incomplete and grossly prepared. But out of the 3 burgers two of them looked like someone jumped off the stove and piledrived my burger. Extremely disappointing never going to Freddy’s again.

We decided to try Freddy’s today! It’s New Year’s Eve 2025. I walked in and reviewed the menus. The place was clean and stocked. I was welcomed by the general manager. I ordered one meal and 4 plan hamburger patties (for my dog). He offered a pup cup for my boy. That was very nice of you! My order was correct and hot. They were friendly and fast! My food was good! The 80’s music is hot! (You all need air freshener in the restrooms.)

Seriously, each bite of my burger, from one bite to the next, just Fabulous!! And the tots, don’t even get me started! I didn’t even need ketchup or sauce they tasted so good! And the concrete mixers…I don’t think I’m allowed to use the words I want to use to describe some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Amen lol

Their chicken tenders were pretty good, their French fries were fun and skinny and tasted flavorful. Their bacon burger was only so-so and was kind of small. Their shakes easily have the most fantastic texture I’ve ever experienced for ice-cream related shakes. The flavor was okay, but I kept drinking it because the texture was incredible. I will definitely go there again for the shakes.

Pulled through drive-thru with no other cars in line, ordered 1 adult meal and 1 kids meal got to the window paid and waited for 10 min for our food only to find out the kids meal had NO FRIES AND NO TOY then in the adult meal the burger was all messed up-see pic! I called them to tell them about kids meal and all they said was they are out of toys and they are sorry about forgetting the fries then hung up on me!

This was a great restaurant For me I got the Freddy’s original double Gotta say the cheese is like perfectly cooked something I can’t describe It’s soooo good This was one of the Best cheeseburger I have ever had, The shoestring fries Are really good And since they are So thin It feels like you get more fries for the price And lastly The frozen Custard was amazing Git the dirt N worms sundae And I didn’t realize how good gummy worms are in Vanilla ice cream with crushed up Oreos if you are a hard topping person you would love this ice cream Overall I would say it’s a expensive place so you got to save every once in awhile you go Combos for my Family were Around $9 each

The Hamburger was cooked perfectly with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions on a very soft Bun.
Tater Tots were so good, Crunchy on the outside and soft in the center. Yummy!!!
Service is very fast here and everyone is very nice.
