Came here for a quick stop after an appointment in Spokane. Our server was incredibly nice, and she recommended us some of her favorites and some seasonal options. I went for the Truffle Mac, and my partner had the Beet salad. Both were amazing!

From the atmosphere to the food to the staff all top notch! First time going here it felt like I was somewhere other than Spokane in the best way possible! Classic and modern cocktails, housemaid ginger beer and other seasonal sodas, and the food was incredible! I look forward to and am pleasantly impressed with all RÜT has to offer every time go! highly recommend to any person vegan or not!

So glad so tried this place out! Fabulous! My first trip there, I got the Rüt Burger with fries and was pleasantly surprised. The second and third time I tried the spring spaghetti – great flavors and texture. I’ve been here three times and I leave happy and full each time!

Came in at 12 – fast service and friendly staff. The prices are very good. I didn’t think it was overpriced and the portions were amazing. Highly recommend this if you are looking to try a vegan restaurant.

Very yummy vegan restaurant with a nice indoor space and outdoor patio. We loved our meals and appreciated their very clear notes on the menu regarding gluten and nuts. I have a nut allergy and am vegetarian and sometimes vegan restaurants make me nervous because nuts are used frequently. This restaurant has lots of nut free options and are very mindful of allergies!

I’ve had much better vegan food. The menu felt uninspired and lazy. Heating up a beyond burger, rather than a scratch made black bean burger, and frozen fries isn’t super exciting.

Been vegan/vegetarian for 8 years and truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The flavors were amazing and impeccably paired together. The menu is very diverse and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Would go out of my way to eat here again and you should too!
