I just ordered a chicken sandwich, a chocolate sundae and a Junior ice cream cone from here from the line in the drive-thru being kind of long still had to wait for an uncooked chicken sandwich. Feel like vomiting.

Love the food but the staff is consistently completely incompetent! I had to come back through the drive thru window because they didn’t put the French fries I ordered in my bag and when I did I also asked if I could get my receipt. The girl at the window went to get someone else, who came and asked me if I got one when I paid and I said I didn’t remember but it wasn’t in my car anywhere so I assume I did not. They then both disappeared for 6 minutes after which I finally left because my food was getting cold and my ice cream was melting. It should not be that difficult to get a receipt! I realize I should have made sure to get one when I paid, and I should have made sure my fries were in the bag before I drove away from the window but with this place it’s always something. Every time I go, I am reminded why I only go there maybe once a year.

The good is great but I just went to the counter and I saw a big roach crawling up the glass gross that made me want to vomit after many days of eating her now I don’t feel so secure eating at Restarant ever again. There’s the only one reason why Restarant would have roaches someone’s dirty bringing them in or the restaurant is dirty and nasty.

This salad is always so fresh and the way they make a pattern with the strawberries and pineapples around the salad is very impressive! I can tell someone cares and it’s amazing! Keep up the good work Braums at Story and Shady Grove!!

We got the chicken sandwich combo & a chicken strip combo, they took too long on our order & 3 people after us got theirs before us. We were also missing fries & the order was cold. The fries that we did receive had a bug on it. The chicken sandwich was overcooked & a mess. So was the way they packaged the sandwich, messy… they said throw it in the bag fr.

I SCREAM – There was a hair in the ice cream! The large woman behind the counter skipped two people to help a male who just stepped up to the counter. Once informed that the line wrapped around the corner and two others had already been waiting, rather than apologize and help in the proper order, she argued and apologized to the man, demanded payment before making the order which is not customary, then went into the back room for a couple minutes. We discovered there were no spoons in the self serve area, and had to wait again to request spoons. Once we finally got to the table we saw the HAIR, which didn’t match either of us!

The service sucks. They are so disorganized and don’t attend to the customers. I’m standing in line waiting and they just let someone cut in front and took there order over mine. When I spoke up the cashier just looked at me with his mouth open and then proceeded to take the other persons order.
