Waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru. Service was extremely slow. Cars were parked everywhere in the lot waiting for the drive-thru. When I finally pulled up to the window, the barista did not greet me. When my drink was ready, she handed it to me and said “Here you go.” Would’ve liked a “thank you for your patience” or “sorry for the long wait.” I never leave reviews, but this experience was pretty frustrating so wanted to share.

This is my usual Starbucks we moved to this side of town last year. The coffee was always delicious and they remember my son not liking whipped cream. But since the new year the consistency has gone down hill. Every drink I order is just terrible. Today I got a mocha and could not even taste mocha it just tasted like warm milk. Peppermint mocha last week, something else before that. I keep changing thinking I’m going get something good but it’s all awful. Love the location, love the people behind the counter, but whoever is making drinks needs some retraining.

Amazing experience here, I absolutely loved the service and the drinks were spectacular. Specifically I remember being served by two Aidan’s and they were so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is so peaceful and warm. Absolutely would recommend this Starbucks location.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Starbucks drive-thru. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed to show a discriminatory attitude toward me as a customer.

I started by ordering an Iced Matcha, but the barista said she could not hear me because I was sitting in the passenger seat. I tried to move closer and repeated my order clearly, yet she continued to act as if she could not hear me even when I spoke louder. When I pulled up to the payment window and tried to place my order again, she interrupted, rolled her eyes, and acted annoyed the entire time.

All I wanted was my usual drink, an Espresso Macchiato in a venti cup with ice, milk, syrup, and foam on top. It is a very simple drink that I have ordered at more than twenty other Starbucks locations without any issue. Every other store made it perfectly, but this barista refused to make it and behaved like she did not even want to serve me. Her attitude made me feel like she was intentionally dismissive and treating me differently because of how I looked or spoke.

She acted lost and untrained, as if it was her first day ever behind the counter, and instead of being polite, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was too tired from my trip back to Houston to argue, but this experience was truly unacceptable.

Starbucks is known for professionalism and respect toward customers, but this location completely failed at that. I strongly suggest retraining or reevaluating the staff at this store because no one deserves to be treated that way, especially loyal customers who know exactly what they want and how to order it.

I stop at this Starbucks almost daily, I order ahead through the app. The staff always greats me by name when I walk in. 9 out of 10 times my coffee is ready when I get there. On the rare occasion it isnt(very busy days) they always acknowledge me and give me an estimate of how much longer it will be. When I’m leaving they always tell me to have a good day. The staff is a great start to my daily routine! Thank you!

Stop by this location on my vacation last week, and had a wonderful experience, the barista were extremely friendly, (they even gave me some suggestions on what to do around town) my drink was made correctly and tasted great. Thank you to your team for starting my day off great.

This is a cool starbucks, my mint and camomille tea was served with a large white mug. I enjoyed reconnecting with my friends from college and my friend dad. The couchs are cozy and the music is upbeat. I strongly recommend.

There is not much to say about Starbucks, it is always ideal, it is the best there is for breakfast, always attentive with Attention. The drinks are incredible. The prices are considered normal, neither so low nor so high in relation to attention and good service, I think it’s a fair price
