The food was hot and perfectly prepared. The tea was freshly made. I was impressed because my other McDonald’s the grand’s and I visit isn’t clean on the inside. This place is clean… including the restroom!

I work at a McDonalds. I understand the business and customer sides and this is one of the worst McDonald’s. Avoid at all costs.
The employees are rude and ignoring of all customers. I ordered 2 cookies and it took 48 mins! No refunds or even apologies. Never going back.
All orders including mine took at LEAST 16 mins to be fulfilled.
Place is messy.

Got multiple items. Kids nugget meal had undercooked nuggets that had to be replaced. Play place was dirty with an empty trash can sitting out the whole time (40minutes) the biggest issue I saw was they were blocking the emergency exit with chairs. They might think it’s okay so that kids won’t accidentally open it. What they don’t realize is that it’s an OSHA violation and they could get fined or worse prevent a child from escaping in an actual emergency.

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 mcdoubles to eat on the way home. Open one up and it’s just 2 soggy patties with cheese so i checkWent back through to have it remade and they got mad. Now I have half a patty missing on one burger and finger hole in another. I’ve worked all day. I’m hungry and can’t even eat my supper because i dont trust it.

Emory Rd Powell TN- Received a chicken nugget happy meal today with a bite taken out of one of the chicken nuggets. Also-I don’t mind paying extra for sauce, but the fact they charged me .25 for one additional pack of bbq sauce for a 6 piece nugget is a little ridiculous. 2 should be standard for 6 pieces of chicken. Maybe a little lesson from your local chick fil a would do you all some good. Do better McDonalds on Emory Road Powell Tn.

Absolutely horrendous. Burger patties were still raw and cold. Everyone’s meal was cold and extremely undercooked. Fries were disgusting, soggy and still had a freezer taste to them. The health department should shut this crap hole down or fire everyone in the kitchen. Won’t be surprised if all of us end up with food poisoning after this. Stay clear of this location.

We came in for dinner tonight after the parade. We ordered our food on the kiosk. Right after we ordered our food I heard an employee drop a big F BOMB. I’m in there with two children. Anyways, I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on our food. I went to ask about it and no one could find the order. Apparently it had been put in a door dash bag. I asked them to put it to go instead of eating inside. We get in the car headed home and realize there are no straws. Not a big deal but my daughter’s happy meal was disgusting. No fries and the burger was half cooked. I would have gave 1 star but the manager at least tried to help, but those employees obviously did not care in the slightest. They stood around – and the only one to apologize for the inconvenience was the manager. I’ll stick to drive through. The inside is a cluster and a half. Yall gotta get it together.

One star for tonight’s service. Pulled up to wait with another vehicle in front of us for 25 minutes. At least 2 people behind us got their food first. Someone came out with 2 bags and both were wrong. Told him our order and then he came out saying it was lost and needed to retake it and that it would be a few minutes. Came back out within a minute with our order but forgot the straw so I had to go in. Food is cold, fries under cooked and no napkins. Warm food was my only expectation at that point but here we are.

If I could get negative stars I would. This McDonald’s is anything but fast. I have been here for 30 minutes in their drive-through parking spot because they want me to get out of their line so that they can get better numbers. It’s completely inexcusable to be at a fast food restaurant for 30 minutes, plus. I’m sitting here and I still haven’t got my food. They are in way over their heads.
