Mobile ordered for pickup, a spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles to be picked up at 5:30. I wanted to see how early they’d have the food ready so, I walked in at 5:19 and low and behold my order sitting behind the counter. Drinks and all. I know the bag was mine because I could see my name on the sticker receipt. If I had waited until the actual pickup time, my food and drink would have been sitting there for 11+ minutes. The temperature of the food was great! Hot and actually juicy! Unfortunately, the amount of spicy mayo that was applied to each bun made it just inedible for me. Between the spice level and the amount of mayo, I just couldn’t do it.

The food here was fine.. like it wasn’t gross.. but I guess there wasn’t enough to go off of. We literally paid out the wazoo and got hardly anything. I even buy EXTRA on my burritos so I can get full off of it. Nope, I ate 3 burritos, and I could still eat more. While we were there, everyone in front of us had to take their order back. It was very clean and the man at the front was nice. However, they act like they need every bit of supply to feed the world. I had maybe 6 small potatoes on my regular potato taco and like 10 on my one with EXTRA. My mother inlaw got the steak fries… an I won’t even start on that. I would recommend yall get some people in there who want customers to come back.

*BEWARE* WORST taco bell ever. They mess up your order and won’t do anything about it and they call you back just to harass you. Then pick up the phone and hang up if you call back. They also refuse to give you a receipt so be careful. They don’t care about the food or service.

If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. It’s no way there’s an attitude problem and lack of prepping the food because it was already bad enough one girl had an attitude problem last night in the line, now you got ppl with attitudes taking orders here and it most definitely wasn’t the first time. They can’t even make two simple cheese roll ups with little cheese and can’t even make or cut a quesadilla right but to chew on a piece of hard bone or material made me cool on this entire store. People say Roselawn is bad but Norwoods location is just as bad.

This was an absolutely terrible experience took forever in the line and they were rude over the mic and at window and they told us we were unable to add on at the window and than when she was told we could she told us that they no longer sold them even tho it was on their menu. Then she got an attitude and said that they weren’t going to serve it. Then, once we finally got our food, the drink tasted like toilet water. The order was wrong food was burnt and we didn’t even receive all of our items and there was a bone in my pot pie.
