Got at subway at 9:30pm, we pulled into the parking lot and the lights were on. We got out of the car and the door was locked, they left 30 minutes early. They walked out the back door and apologized.. why not stay open for 30 more minutes? The business hours should be how long you are open for.

Do not eat here. Ordered through the app and got the opposite of what I wanted. Asked for extras and got the opposite. I got the least amount of toppings I have ever gotten on a sandwich. It’s like it was some sick joke and all they put on it was put the SALT. Skimpy. When we walked in to pick up the what I assum was a couple working together did not great us or talk much at all. Not the best experience I have had while out of town. Not all subways are the same I guess. Why can’t people read the or orders correctly. Lazy workers.

Ordered online and the employees screwed up both subs, didn’t follow directions and I paid extra to get more meat and they didn’t even do that. Employees could hardly understand English when went in to pick up. Don’t bother with this location.

Absolutely phenomenal service when we went around 6pm on 2/24/26. Subs were the neatest I’ve ever seen. Both of the staff were very friendly and efficient. 10/10 experience

My god. Went in for two subs, one person in front of me with 2 subs…I was in there for 35 minutes. They didn’t have enough meatballs and the guy didnt even know how to prep them. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Not only do they not honor coupons for subway. But they can’t even tell me when making a change to my order. I ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread on the app. When I got there they were making my sandwich. Could have just said we substituted the bread due to not having it. They quickly wrapped it instead for a surprise I guess. At least be honest since an almost plain footlong costs me almost $11.

There are different experiences. most of the time it’s great. Like the morning crew is different than the night crew. when you go, anywhere really, it’s sadly easy to notice the ppl that actually like their jobs to the ones that just needed a job or money. We had one gentleman very nice asked us how we been actually engaged in conversation with us not just “what do you want”. He obviously knew the older customers before us as a regular because he jokingly said to them to stay out of trouble. He was just great customer service. The other gentleman more or less just waited by the register quiet. And I’ve worked here before I know you don’t stand at register. He could have hopped on line or wiped down any tables or checked trash, fountain area, etc… that guy was just more for money the other one actually liked his job and he made it a nice experience for us. And I’m pretty picky about my food appearance, working at subway before I take pride in the look of the sandwich. This guy did too. Nothing was sloppy or falling out. I loved it. And as always great tasting food. But hopefully when you go you get great service as well. I’ve had very few bad experiences. When I do I review through subway so they fix it. Because even though I don’t work there anymore I still want to be proud that I did and I want them to keep that positivity and great experiences.

Ordered food to pick up through the app and it said a pick up time of 1:20. I get there at that time and my meal wasn’t even started and the employee was just there talking. Took another 10 minutes just to get my food. The store was not busy. To top it all off the sandwiches were completely messy like they didn’t even try to keep it together most of the ingredients were outside of the sandwhich.

Samantha Knapp is a great employee, but she was not there tonight, 2 young boys took my order, they had only enough peperjack cheese for 1 foot long,so I had toget cheese I don’t like,tiny portion for shredded chicken,sad experience. Try next time to go only when I know service is a Lil better.
