The only complaint from my family—“Too much meat!”. LOL! They sure pack their pho with brisket, tendon & veggies. Got the Large and it was filling & tasty. The broth could be hotter though. The shrimp spring rolls are excellent! Only $4.50 for 2 and really good peanut-y sauce. Beef plate was generously sized too. This is where the locals gone to eat. This place was packed on a Sunday night. Servers were very quick, efficient, & friendly.

Decent place to get far and other Vietnamese foods. Quick service and they have a large seating area and a decent amount for parking. Giving this a three stars because they messed up on our order, we ordered an egg noodle soup but got pho instead. The food was good, but nothing spectacular, I’d still consider coming back.

When we got there, the place was packed. Parking can be a little tricky—you will probably need to park behind the building or on the right side, since there are two other stores next door. The restaurant itself was full, with a line even outside, but the wait was not bad at all—about 10 minutes. The staff worked quickly and efficiently, so food came out fast and no one had to wait too long, which I really appreciated.
Here is what we ordered:
• Grilled Beef Spring Rolls: Hands down, our favorite dish of the night. Super flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and the peanut sauce was spot on. Definitely recommend ordering this one.
• Pho with Two Meats: The broth was a little bland for my taste—not as rich or beefy as I hoped—and it was not served as hot as I usually like.
• Beef Stew (Bo Kho): This also was not piping hot, and the broth leaned more soupy than thick compared to other places I have tried. Also, no carrots in the bowl, which was surprising since that is usually a staple in bo kho.
Overall, though, I think this is a solid spot. The service was quick and friendly—even though the place was super busy, they still made the effort to greet us as we left, which stood out to me. The prices are also a huge bonus—they are honestly the most affordable I have seen in Houston and Katy. I would definitely come back to try more dishes, especially since the grilled beef was seasoned so well.

I love Pho Saigon it is the best pho place and a go to comfort food place. The pho is so good and it just warms you up. The bahn mi is so good with the beef. The egg rolls are so crunchy and addicting. Also the pickled carrots are to die for. 10/10 would recommend. I always go here just saying.

Pretty good but there are better choices in the area. The pho broth is a little weak and bland, tasting like the shipped-in stuff as opposed to freshly made in house and with care. Overall, the food was decent but nothing special. Service was good. Ambience is OK but why do so many restaurants around here play busy, crappy pop music? A dining experience should be comfortable and relaxing – background music should contribute to that.

I just want to remind people to be careful and precaucious about their chairs，and some chairs with the top board loose can really “eat” your fingers！My middle finger got caught by the loose board while I tries to move the chair forward，and the pain is gonna be haunting me for some days. No one came to me to apologize and even took a look after I told them to move the chair, just a nice lady who knew after while taking orders gave me some caring words. Seriously, STOP using broken chairs! This kind of chair really can cuff off fingers if it were those with much heavier builder than me!

I really like this food. It is not the best Vietnamese I have ever had, but it absolutely is the best Vietnamese in this area…. and I try them all. The portion sizes are on point. The flavors are consistently good. The ingredients are fresh and I like it! I really want to try the banh mi because they look fantastic, but the other dishes keep me coming back. The parking can suck, but they turn the tables fast… so it’s a great place for a quick lunch. This place is definitely part of my regular rotation. I would describe this place as loud, fast and flavorful. I would actually recommend this place for folks who are visiting Katy… it’s worth the drive.

Overall, the food is delicious, and I have loved everything that I’ve tried. The bowls of soup, the beef bowls, even the sandwiches are just great. I can’t say enough that they are reasonably priced and a good thing because I work close by sometimes I just go get a $10 sandwich. I will say, though that they do get extremely busy sometimes there’s a wait outside. So be prepared. The service is good, but because they are at capacity so often it’s hard to give them full stars.
