McDonald’s 7Hiway Blue Springs Missouri.
Dine in on a Saturday lunch.
McDonald parking was very full.
This location has a kids area which I did not assess.
Lot had sporadic trash and oils stains.
Exterior concrete needs pressure washed.
The windows and doors have signs attached.
Wet signs on the floor were excellent for safety however, every wet sign was dirty.
The floor had trash under many tables and booths and the floor appears to need a steam cleaning. Table tops need detail cleaned.
Bathrooms were not in a good condition.
Food order
Cheese Burger Plain, French Fries well done and a Sprite.
Cheese burger was very good, Sprite was good. French Fries were not well done in fact they were hardly warm. It was clearly marked on the order slip attached to the tray meaning no one checked the order correctly. I sent them back and they came out prefect.
The front counter took 3 minutes to recognize me and the other person at the counter.
All the staff was friendly.

An employee here named Mark is the best employee ever. He made sure we got our food and compensated us with the best 2 cookies ever. Thanks Mark you’re the reason we love coming to this McDonalds.

Every single time I go through this drive thru ordering ahead or not ive been pulled forward. I understand on big orders but I typically only get drinks and I still get told to pull forward and wait. This is absolutely ridiculous on top if the already rude employees.

I typically don’t have issues with this location! That’s me being honest. Today however… it was one that could’ve been hurtful to me health wise. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. Because of stomach issues I order it plain with ketchup and mayo only. Get back to work, bite into the first burger, it’s filled w/ onions, pickles, & ketchup. So of course I had to spit and throw away! The second was ketchup and mayo + onion. My lunch was 100% ruined. So I ate my warmed fries that weren’t even fresh. Called and let them know about the mistake. Think I’ll stick to my usual more healthy lunch options. Was just in a crunch today!

This is easily the WORST McDonalds in Blue Springs. They take FOREVER to bring food (we waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup, thats not an exaggeration. I have time stamps) and they are never friendly. Its well worth it to drive to the one on 40 Hwy just to avoid how terrible this one is. Every so often we try again to see if its changed and it never has. Do yourself a favor. Drive a little further for better service.
Edit: we sat for 40 minutes. Watched multiple other people leave before us that got there WELL after us. After starting to go inside and ask, was told “just waiting on your drinks”….it was a sprite and a lemonade. Not an artisan brew.. then when we got them the ice was almost all melted!!! The food is lukewarm at best and the ice cream we got from Andys is now melted because we waited so long at this wretched place.

Unfortunately the Big Arch is a big disappointment. I enjoy all Big Mac variations that have been offered. The cheese was nonexistent, missing or totally melted away, not kidding. The crispy onions where nonexistent, or missing as well.

I absolutely hate coming to this location they mess my order up every time how hard is it to only put ketchup on a burger. They never give you any napkins and never talk to you they just hand the food out without a word. I’m done coming here the employees are definitely on something…

Received wrong ingredients on items ordered. Received an extra sandwich that was not ordered. When returned to store, received scorn and derision from staff and had management accuse us of eating half the fries (not a single one was eaten). Barely got them to remake the sandwiches and had to nearly beg them to replace our fries with a fresh order. The worst customer service experience I’ve received in a decade. Filed a complaint with corporate.
Will not return to this store.
