Asked for a pup cup for my dog and I was told by all the employees that this location doesn’t do pup cups, which is whipped cream in a cup… you really couldn’t give me a side of whipped cream in a cup and charge me for it? I’ll make sure I don’t come back to this location… also the lowest rated chick fil a in the Tampa area. Avoid if possible. A bunch of lazy employees that don’t care about customer satisfaction. Running their chick fil a like a McDonald’s. Very disappointing and gives a bad name to the brand.

I chose to dine in since the drive-thru line was long. My order took a bit longer than usual, which was understandable during the lunch rush. What surprised me was the lobby attendant spending over 30 minutes chatting with two tables while other guests had to go to the counter for refills. I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations and have never seen this kind of inattentive service during a busy period.

I was shocked at how slow the line was moving, considering Chick-fil-A is known for its quick and excellent service—unfortunately, not at this location. I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal with small waffle fries, and my daughter ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese.
When we received our food, my fries were completely cold—you could tell just by looking at them. My daughter’s order was also incorrect; they gave her a plain sandwich without cheese. Instead of remaking it properly, the employee took back the sandwich (along with my fries), then returned shortly after with the same plain sandwich and told us they would bring out a slice of cheese in a minute! I refused to accept that—who wants to put a cold slice of cheese on a sandwich themselves?
To make things worse, the manager, Destiny, did not offer a single apology. Instead, she questioned us about the replacement of the fries, as if we were making it up. When the manager lacks basic customer service skills, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff follows that example.
This experience was beyond disappointing, especially from a brand known for its top-tier customer service. Hopefully, this location makes some serious improvements. I spent about 40 min in this drive-thru

Came here to let the kids play while we ate lunch. We had a few hiccups on our order, which is totally understandable because it was really busy and the staff was doing their best. A huge shout out to the manager, Miss Sallie! Because she made sure that our order was taken care of and showed us some amazing hospitality and customer service! Things happen and sometimes orders get a little jumbled up but when an establishment goes out of their way to make it right, it shows that they truly care. Highly recommend this location!

We went to this location with my 89 year old Mother who never tried chick-fil-A. We walked in and the person that took our order was very friendly, professional and patient. After receiving our food we were greeted by Sally who was wonderful to speak with and treated Mom like her own! She made sure we had everything we needed and we also met Toni (management) she was also great to talk to and helpful! Great experience and food was also great!

I am honestly so disgusted and disappointed in this location. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for my food, just to get home and realize they failed to give me my entire order. Then to make things worse there is a hair melted in my ice and ive practically drank the entire thing. Will most definitely not be returning.

I write this review as I sit in the UNORGANIZED drive thru. How do I have time to write a review in a drive thru you ask? Because it’s always a 10 min wait. Why order in the app if it’s still going to take 10 mins? All of the workers stand in one line to take orders and do NOT WORK TOGETHER. It’s a complete circus … EVERY SINGLE TIME!

what is wrong with your morning crew? Yeah, it’s cold… But seriously to wait as long as I had to and watch cars past me was really frustrating. I wasn’t offered an apology. I wasn’t given a time… I drove in with no cars ahead of me or behind me. I watched five cars leave in front of me. I know everybody has different orders, but that’s just mean. I had a simple number one for breakfast. I left without food.

I’m so disappointed with this location. I placed a catering order yesterday for today’s pick up. I ordered it for 11:30 pick up and got there at 11:37. I waited for 12 minutes before someone came out with 2 big black bags of food. When I questioned what was in them, it was only half my order. I questioned where the other half was and the lady had no idea I even had more food. I waited another 10 minutes for the second half. No one offered to help me bring 4 big bags of food to my car. Waiting for 25 minutes for a catering order was very upsetting. I shouldn’t have to question what I’m receiving when they had the order infront of them. Very disappointed
