I first heard about Fat Bob’s a few years ago but it wasn’t until I visited 42 North and had The Whole Farm Nachos (quite possibly the best nachos ever! ) that I visited the sit down, Buffalo location. I had the southern fried chicken (only on Sundays) hush puppies and collard greens, my wife had the ribs with Cole slaw and Mac salad. We also had the Texas Twinkie’s (Cheese stuffed Jalapeños wrapped in bacon then cooked in the smoker) Every item was pure perfection and the best I’ve had in WNY!
The service was excellent, the food TASTY and the rest rooms were clean. I have allready been there three or four times and plan on going back again soon!

I was disappointed that there was no dine in area as it was being remodeled. Goggle did not mention that fact. I placed a take out order that was ready in a few minutes. Pulled pork sandwich and hush puppies were delicious. I was given more than enough meat for the sandwich which I ate with a fork. I am just visiting the Buffalo area, but if I lived in Buffalo I would be a frequent customer.

A bunch of us came in for lunch on a Sunday pre-Bills game and tried whatever we could on the menu. The Mac and cheese side is more a penne-and-cheese but still solid. The catfish fingers and onion rings were great. Their fried chicken was amazing and is a must try. The brisket is also solid but the ribs definitely stole the show. As for sauces, all four are great but the Carolina was a favourite (think tangy vinegar base but a touch spicier and more flavourful) and the Memphis had a nice hint of spice with sweetness. The service was just as quick and super hospitable.

The food is delicious! Fat Bob’s has been around forever and obviously is successful. I know the building is old but come on, can we get toilet paper that’s not sitting on top of a garbage can and maybe a better soap dispenser?

Excellent BBQ, I always get the brisket whenever I come! The Texas Mac is my personal favorite whenever I stop at their food truck as well. Food is always really delicious! This is my 4th time at the restaurant, I’ve ordered online at least 2 or 3 times, and have stopped at their food truck countless times, and I’ve never been disappointed!

I had the ribs & my husband had The Rachel sandwich. Ribs were fall off the bone tender, moist & had excellent flavor. The Rachel had smoked turkey & was tender & delicious. We took home some Kansas City & Carolina BBQ sauce. Service by Pat was excellent. Will definitely be back when in the area!

My husband and I got brisket, I got it in a sandwich and he got the meal. We were so happy with how amazing everything turned out, the brisket was perfectly cooked and fell apart in the most delicious way, all the sides were also just as good as the brisket. We went for a late lunch/early dinner and didn’t have any issues with timing or service. If we’re ever in the area again we will absolutely come back here.

Sat on the patio with our dog. Service was slow on a Sunday. Food was excellent. I had the Atlanta Mac and it came out with 3 of their blackened shrimp on the top which was a surprise (luckily I have no allergies).
