Sometimes, when everything is closed, I try to place an order with this place. Almost every time, very angry women answer the phone. They barely understand English and almost never answer my questions clearly, so I have to repeat the same thing two times.
She then becomes even more irritated and tries to hang up the phone as quickly as possible. This is awful and extremely unprofessional.
I have never understood why such angry people choose to work in jobs that involve dealing with people and customer service. It would honestly be better for both customers and for them if they worked in roles isolated from others. It would be much better for everyone.

This used to be the only Chinese food I wanted but they completely fell off. I’ve never in my life hated everything I ordered and I ordered several things. Rice was tasteless… Ribs were dry and hard to chew, egg rolls chewy… chicken too salty. I literally about to trash my food now. I noticed the changes but kept giving it another chance. It’s safe to say I will never order from there again.

For years, I have been a customer but the last few times I have ordered, the woman who answers the phone has been a little sassy but today she was very rude. She repeated my address wrong and I very politely corrected her, and she responded with “I know give me your number man!” I understand that sometimes it is difficult to stay calm during busy hours but they must put someone professional who attends customers well because without customers their restaurant would fall apart.

They play games with the prices and I especially told them separate my food into small orders for each thing you see and they put it together. Guess I learned and they lost a customer. Stop acting you dont understand me either when I catch you out in the BS when you take my order as well. Cause the next customer may not be so nice when you cheat them.

I have been a customer of this place since the time they were on the west side of Stamford. The service has gone down and the food has not been the best. The delivery takes forever, I have received my food more than an hour after I ordered. Today I got my food and the shrimp egg roll smelled really bad. I did not eat it and I am highly disappointed. The only decent thing would be fried rice and chicken wings.

Order was extremely late (2 hours late to be exact), staff was incredibly rude when I called. Didn’t even get a chance to ask if there was an issue before being shouted at that they make the food for me so they bring the food on their time… They told me the wait time was thirty minutes, but I waited longer before calling. Would’ve appreciated a nicer response, as I was in no way rude, I just said “hi, i placed an order two hours ago—“ then was interrupted by the shouting. On top of that, I wasn’t even given the correct order. Very unprofessional and rude business.
