In my opinion this McDonald’s probably has the best “quality” food out of all the ones I’ve been to in the U.S. and I’ve been to a lot of them. I felt like the burger which was just a regular $2 double burger was actually quite big compared to other places and the burger was juicy. I asked for sauce and the lady gave me an extra. Service was kind of slow but that’s at most fast food places for the most part.

Love eating at this establishment and dealing with the employees. Down fall is they allow kids to hangout there and have been made to feel uncomfortable at the eating establishment. I believe kids shouldn’t be hanging out screaming at a place of business. I stay away from the establishment during the weekends. Usually quiet during week morning to afternoon and is peaceful setting. Again the management and employees are beyond kind and welcoming

Overnight crew during weekdays are unusually nasty. Not to mention the drive through is always backed up, despite being overcharged and not saying a word about it, as I try to figure out my apple pay I am asked “What are you looking at?”. It’s okay, Oceanside’s location is cleaner, friendlier, faster, and better managed. 24 hour convenience doesn’t override service, no point in driving out of your way to be treated like garbage.

This is the worst McDonalds in the area. Every single time that I have ordered Uber delivery from this McDonalds, the order is wrong and it’s usually a large item missing from the order. 2 orders of nuggets and a double quarter pounder, how can you forget to put the burger in the bag. This has continued for years, to the point that it’s almost laughable. I only blame management. The McDonalds in Oceanside is a 100 times better than this one in Long Beach. Service, accuracy, quality of food, every category. Do better Long Beach!

Service was quick and restaurant was clean. There was only one stall in the bathrooms. It’s close to the beach. One of the cashiers was a bit unprofessional. I will not get into details into what she did. I just think she needs to be more careful when speaking to her fellow coworkers and her customers.

My first issue with this location, it took six times thru the drive thru to get eggs on my steak egg and cheese sandwich.That was one time. The second time worth mentioning was just today, my sandwich came with mold on the bottom side of the bagel, I’ll post a picture with this post… To top it off when returning for a Refund the women casher was obnoxious and aggressive towards my mother who was making the return. She also tried not giving a full refund for my whole order even though everything was brought back even the coffee. The coffee is also declining at this location… It never tastes consistent.
I hate leaving nasty reviews I truly do, however I like to consider everyone on this planet my neighbor and feel they should be slightly more aware of the lack of QC when eating at this establishment.

we were in the area from a fishing trip and needed to grab some food for the kiddos. i’m not sure what all these low reviews are about but i love mcdonaldss. it cheap and its fast and the fries are amazingggg. i would just say don’t go through the drive thru as it can get really busy, get out, enjoy the view and go in the lobby
