Honestly, I love the food here but we recently came here and the food and service were terrible. I ordered the #2 Ramen and idk what was in my ramen but it was a bunch of burnt stuff. They just told me it was the garlic but it tasted burnt and hard, it was hard to enjoy my ramen. I was sadly disappointed. The service was not so great, we got checked on once and when we were ready to leave she was no where to be found and we had to find our server. Usually we love their food, but it was very disappointing today. I hope they don’t serve burnt things to other customers:(

Their signature Tonkatsu Ramen is simply divine. The Takoyaki and Tempura sides are equally delectable. The generous portions make it a satisfying meal. The friendly and polite staff check on us occasionally, ensuring our comfort. This place will definitely satisfy your Ramen cravings.

Pleasantly surprised. Ramen was pretty good. Shrimp tempura came with veggies which don’t indicate on the menu. Sashimi selection was limited but it tasted ok despite just coming out of thawing.

I eat at a lot of sushi and ramen places and was still very satisfied with the decor and atmosphere. The sushi rolls I had were pretty good but I hear their ramen is their best food to have. If I come back for that and it is as good as rumored, I’d bump my review up to a 5 for food too. The teas here seem to be the best in town for the Asian style teas.

Ros was our server and she was super friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was great, and everything was spotless — definitely a clean and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful all-around dining experience at Ja Bomb. The ramen did not disappoint — absolutely delicious!

Fun atmosphere, delicious ramen/broth, and incredibly lovely staff! My friend and I came in for dinner, and Rosse, our waitress, became a good friend! She was attentive, hard working, funny, and considerably kind. She was the only waitress/cashier on staff, and despite this, she did an excellent job managing her time.

Traveled north for a friend’s kid’s wedding. Stopped here on our overnight stay before flying back east. Located inside the mall. It was so good! Our server was awesome! Water never got empty. We tried the Egg Rolls and Roast Pork Bun. I really liked the pork. The sauce tasted like ginger teriyaki. Huge portions of soup, and mine was amazing! My wife loved her sushi, as well. She said the spicy tuna was actually spicy. I loved my ramen so much, I didn’t try it! The Nagasaki roll was fantastic. The cream cheese complimented the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura really well. Great flavor, you could taste each item in the roll. On a spice scale, she said it was a 2-3 on a spice scale to 5 for a “non-spicy person”. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Ja Bomb was an amazing dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome with their outstanding customer service. They were attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and were completely satisfied. The food was absolutely top-notch, every dish was packed with incredible flavors and made with care. What really stood out was the personal touch; I had some interactions with staff because of One Piece, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere, Ja Bomb is the place to go! :))))) I’ll definitely try to go again

Food has been good, but I go back for my server. I don’t go to the mall often; but when I do I pop my head to see if Tonya is working. If she is, I stop for a glass of wine and some sushi that I don’t *need* but definitely *want* because she’s fun to chat with at the bar. She always has good recommendations on the menu and is personable and worth coming back for!
