Wow. Amazing food and service. Party of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids). We ordered family style with 8 appetizers, 6 entrees and 3 desserts. Visiting from Austin, this was by far the best meal we had this weekend-and we ate our way through H-town.
The ribeye was perfectly cooked medium-rare and the mashed potatoes was rich & creamy. The pork chop was another huge hit. The Bolognese pasta was sooooo good and the Fish & Chips was on another level. Highly suggest getting the crab cakes – yum! Honestly, we will definitely be back again.

Checked the spot with my mom today, glad we have a closer location but may not go back anytime soon. Coffee cold so we returned and they accommodated us with making a fresh pot. My mom enjoyed the Shrimp and asparagus. I can’t believe it was $8 to substitute a side, but she liked it all that mattered. My dish was OK. I asked for fried chicken without pickles, and got chicken tenders that didnt have any flavor. Fries were great.
Didnt want to return the dish, because I was starving maybe next time I will get to try the Bone In Fried Chicken. Service: can’t complain except wish they would have told me I wasn’t ordering the wrong dish.

We stopped in to pass some time while we were in the area and lucked out because it happened to be happy hour. We ordered the popcorn chicken, a side of fries, and a Grey Goose cocktail.
The service was outstanding, our server, the food runner, and even the owner were all incredibly kind and attentive to everyone dining that day. We’ll definitely be back to try their dinner menu.

I was shopping in this area when I stumbled upon KP Kitchen & Bar and thought I’d give it a try.. you know me – always up for trying a new restaurant I can review about.
Upon entrance, I was caught off guard by the quaint feel of it. The host & the server were beyond polite in their welcoming. The food was limited but I ordered and the servings were plentiful. The taste was good, nothing spectacular but a decent spot for a bite. The price point was on average too. They have a large side room to host parties & a full stacked bar against the wall. Overall enough to run a restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend running to KP’s but if you find yourself in the area, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to pull in. Happy Eating ️!

What a neat spot! We visited during a Saturday late afternoon and were pleasantly surprised.
Food was tasty but trended on the oilier and saltier side. Their whole Branzino is a treat and came with truffle fries and an arugula salad (a little over-seasoned). Their Brussels sprouts, crab cake benedict, and cheesecake are all very good. Portions sizes are robust.
The atmosphere is lovely! It’s bright, airy, and they had a live jazz vocalist performing. The seats are very comfortable.
Service was attentive and friendly throughout our meal.

KP’s is a go-to rotation for our family ever since the restaurant opened in the neighborhood. My only question is how is it possible that Kerry, the owner, is always there greeting guests and taking orders and serving food when my friend who lives in the Memorial tells me the same thing about seeing him at the Memorial location? The man must never stop! Not only is Kerry amazing, but so is his staff. Recently, Kerry accommodated my rodeo sub committee for a quiet meeting in the private room on a weeknight (both he and his brother volunteer too and are very active serving the community). It was perfect. And most recently, he and his staff took care of 22 teens for homecoming dinner. He came up with a set menu including tax and gratuity which made it easy for our large group. The table was perfectly set and the group had an awesome time while parents had drinks and food at the bar. We had a bus pick the kids up to the dance and the staff helped us usher the kids to their next destination. Thank you Kerry and all your staff for making us feel like we’re at home every time we are there. And I forgot to mention the food is incredible and there is always some kind of food or drink special. It’s hard not to go there every day!

This is a nice small restaurant, with ample room, and s private dining area. The food was good, but what I ordered; shrimp and fries was just too much “fried” for me. My husband had the salmon and vegetables, and he said it was delicious! Service was attentive and prompt…The location of the restaurant didn’t offer much ambience or view, but overall it was a nice restaurant.

KP’s Kitchen in Bellaire is such a gem! The food is always fresh and delicious, we especially love their sandwiches and crisp salads, and the cocktails an excellent. They also have a full bar and a great selection of wines, which makes it a perfect spot for both a casual lunch or a glass of wine in the evening.
The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff always makes you feel at home. It’s great for dine-in, but I’ve also used their grab-and-go options when I’m in a rush, and everything is just as good. I really appreciate that they also do catering and private events such a versatile place.

Had a wonderful dinner at KP’s Kitchen on Valentine’s Day with my cousins—party of 8 including two kids. We were seated in the back room and the food was amazing.
Highlights: Carajillo (Mexico’s version of an espresso martini), crab cake, spinach dip, truffle deviled eggs, pork chop, fish and chips, rigatoni bolognese, and the warm chocolate cookie à la mode.
Great atmosphere for families or if you’re on a date. Highly recommend!

I have been so disappointed with eating out lately, but not today. The food was amazing!!! Every dish we had was delicious (we had the meatballs, the artichokes, the fish and chips, chipotle pimento chese the elote Mac and cheese and the perfectly tart key lime tart)!!!!! The drinks were also well done!!!! Jennifer was our server/bar tender, she was super sweet and efficient. We met KP too! He checked on us to make sure everything was amazing. I was too busy eating to take pictures, but we will return! My taste buds are singing with joy….finally!!!!
