I generally don’t eat a fast food. Restaurants? But I happen to drive by chick fellet, and there wasn’t a line a mile long at the drive through. So I decided I’d go through there. Everything was fine until I paid with a $100 bill that they would not take. I asked her what the problem was. That’s all. I had were a 100 dog bills at the time. And she said that I needed to pay with my card, or I needed to go and get changed with a hundred dollar bill.Really surprised by that.I don’t think I will go back there for any reason.

I absolutely love coming here to eat whether it’s dine in or drive-thru. My order is always accurate and they have the best workers. The main reason i’m writing this is due to a certain event that took place and it absolutely made my day. We arrived at the window to receive our food and pay but they said our order was covered. I love this Chic-fil-a so much and props to the owner and their amazing workers. 10/10 would recommend

I hate to give this location a bad review, but I’m writing this review in the hopes that this location will be more mindful of how they prepare the food in the future. I eat chick fil an almost daily, no joke, I LOVE your food. Unfortunately, when I ordered food from this location recently, the chicken was undercooked. So much so, that it made my children and I sick. This has never happened before, so I’m hoping it was a one time mistake that doesn’t happen often. But I think it should be made known that the food was carelessly prepared therefore causing us to get food poisoning. So disappointing I hope in the future the employees will be more mindful of making sure the food is always properly cooked.

I have always had a great experience at this location! Staff goes out of their way to brighten your day, whether it’s a regular or special day. We had the privilege of chick fil a being part of our wedding celebrations from (I believe) one of the managers, who made our day very special when we decided to go visit on the day we got married. I also went by today and observed that the same young man was friendly to all and often recognized regular guests by name. I wish I got his name but he worked on 10/7/25 in the morning dressed in a different color shirt than the rest of the staff and helped to work the front counter. Thank you for always making my visit a memorable one!

The line was long to order. Usually only one person taking orders which was very slow. Chicken sandwich tasted good but was very small, child size. The meal wasn’t worth the price paid.

Drive thru needs a huge improvement, legit was in line for over an hour because the speaker operator only catered to the right side of the line so the left was neglected to the point of it not moving, some of us are on lunch break so for it to be this bad is ridiculous.

The service of this location has gone completely downhill. During the lunch rush, they don’t have two lines open. I came inside to make the trip faster where the cashiers were rude, and my order was made for there when I confirmed twice that it was to go.

Typically get the grilled chicken sandwich which is always great and very consistent with waffle fries which of course are great. Tried the Spicy Southwestern Chicken Salad this time, was better than I expected. Guacamole Lime dressing was good, salad had cherry tomatoes, pepitas, corn, black beans and Tortilla strips, will definitely get again when feeling healthy.

Tried Grilled Chicken Sandwich, was good, bun was a little dry and fell apart, chicken was good.
