I placed a mobile order because their tap pay is messed up.
I placed it THEN I left the house. I got there two minutes after I was supposed to be there I pulled up to the speaker silence.. I said hello silence.. okay so I called the store I placed the order already so they already had my money otherwise I would’ve left. The lady tells me to pull to the window so I do. She tells me her headset isn’t working. Okay I get it things happen. I then sat there at the window for 10 min then she tells me to pull up so I do.. I wait 5 minutes and then I had to leave because I was going to be late for work. This was a 30 minute interaction. Now I’m out of 9$ and I’m hungry.

Waited 40 minutes for cold food. Now they are taking forever to refund my money. could not get a refund until the owner showed up. And she was mad at me because I was Mad about them wasting my lunch hour. The people that own this Location may need to sell it before it goes bankrupt. They definitely have no experience in running a restaurant. Since they have acquired it, the business has gone down dramatically. From poor Management, training, and customer service. Those are the things that keep a restaurant viable.

Orders a route 44 dirty Dr Pepper, it was clearly not Dr Pepper (there machine must have been running clear) and went back to have it fixed or get a refund, was told that they couldn’t give a refund and could only substitute with a dirty Coke by a young lady with black hair. I should think I should either be able to get a refund or have the money subtracted off of the price of another drink instead of them refusing to give me a refund and having to buy a whole Nother drink.

Placed a curb side order. Didn’t know you’re not allowed to order after dark. Most places shut down their online ordering so people know or have signs. The night manager (guess that was who he was) was really rude about it. Didn’t get a greeting. Just a very rude comment about ordering after dark. Then found a piece of cardboard from the drink carrier in one of the cups.

UPDATE.

Wow, this place is seriously went downhill waited 10 minutes for the completely wrong order and the way this burrito was made should be embarrassing for the people who work here and the management. Take a look at the pictures below. I also asked for extra ketchup and zero.

Over all always pretty solid. Training of employees seems to be a consistent issue haunting this location. Sanitation has been an issue in the past. (Assembly of food with no gloves, wiping hands on pants was observed personally). And yesterday my supersonic breakfast burrito had no tater tots.
