The drive through is absurd. They never have enough staff and it takes 30 min to get an order in the drive through. Management needs to step it up. Hire more people to run this business. It’s Saturday and there’s 1 cook. It’s been like this since last year.

Food here is really disgusting. I ordered a bean burrito with only cheese and what did I get? I got what I wanted but, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the burrito was cold. Why would I even want to come back to this place if my food is going to be cold?! Never coming back again.

They are not professional at all!! They are rude and take their sweet time. It’s supposed to be fast food but they move like snails. Theworkers are lazy and don’t want to work and they don’t open when they are supposed to like the sign saids 9am but didn’t take my order until like 9:45! Store needs a whole new worker makeover with people that actually want to work and not these that are there just for a paycheck!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Taco Bell used to be one of the better ones, but they are terrible now.
Their weird drive-through policy of only allowing one car between the speaker post and the window at a time means the line is often backed up out of the parking lot and blocking all the parking spaces. Their “solution” to this is to have cars haphazardly park on the side of the building after ordering and wait to have food brought out through the door just to keep only a single car on the ordering side of the building at time, no doubt to game some metric that corporate holds them to.
If you plan on placing a mobile order or ordering inside to avoid the drive-through situation, don’t bother. They insist on having you “check in” when you arrive before they’ll even start making your order, despite what the app says, and if you’ve already paid at the kiosk or on the app, they’ll absolutely prioritize you lower than the drive-through customers because they know you’ll wait.
And, once you make it through all of the frustration of ordering and receiving your order, you’ll be rewarded with a random assortment of food that may or may not have any resemblance to what you actually paid for, which you’ll eat anyway rather than deal with this Taco Bell again.
I’m sure most of the issues are management and an unwillingness to pay enough for anyone working there to care, but this Taco Bell needs some serious attention or just to be closed so another franchisee who actually wants to run a Taco Bell can come to the area.

At 5:55 P.M. I pulled up to the drive thru line only to find that they were taking orders where only one car would pull up to the window so they didn’t have to hear the timer go off. The excuse they gave me when I got to the speaker was that there was a large order ahead of me. This was a lie because the order ahead of me was for 2 #8’s which is a total of 6 tacos. This location is just unorganized and slightly lazy in my opinion.

Politeness goes a long way. Also as a service industry person, you should let people know what you are out of before you ask them to order on the kiosk. I was allowed to order things they didnt have and when i asked. Attitude. Lots of Attitude. This is like multiple bad experiences where I guess I wont visit this particular location anymore.

Manager does not check timers for the food. She gave me cold fries every time I come here. As if it’s not a timer to tell them to dis-guard the old food. Drive thru only takes one order then serve them , then take another order, just to get old chips and fries. But are good. Now this lady mad because I want a hot meal.
