Where do I start?? I don’t eat Taco Bell often but I stopped here Saturday night on my way home and ordered 3 hard tacos supreme, a steak burrito and a crunch wrap supreme. Tacos were NOT supreme I had to put my own topping on out of my fridge and one was crushed into pieces. Crunch wrap super is supposed to come with meat correct?? Yeah mine had none!! And the steak burrito had 3 pieces of something that might be some kind of meat but it was so burnt and tiny I couldn’t tell you what it actually was. I am a restaurant GM and I know it’s fast food but we don’t pay fast food prices anymore! 25$ we spent on food and nothing was correct and the quality shockingly underwhelming. Don’t sell items if you cannot prepare them properly so they are actually edible!! Needless to say it will be a while before I eat at Taco Bell again. I tried to post photos but for some reason they’re not here!

Ordered 3 deluxe boxes and a Chile verde bowl. My deluxe orders came with cheese fries. All the fries smelled awful and were over seasoned. My burritos were completely beans, no meat or cheese whatsoever. My tacos were covered in some kind of terrible seasoning. My chalupa’s were soaked in grease. My Chile verde bowl was enough to feed a bird. And we waited 20 minutes for our order, only to be told our order didn’t go through the kiosk, then waited another 15-20 minutes to be told we still needed to pay for our food. Nobody was upfront at all to attend to cash paying customers. They gave us our cups before we even paid for our order. To top it all off, our meals were not bagged properly in the deluxe boxes they are supposed to come in. Would not recommend this location

Ordered on app, went through drive through. Told the guy I had an app order. No response or reply. Waited a minute after saying, “Hello/hello” twice, then drive up to the window. Tools the girl I had an app order. Instantly became her least favorite person. Now I have to go wait in the Mobile Orders spot. Didn’t take long for the guy to bring my food out but he handed to me like I had a bad case of the cooties. An incurable case of the cooties. I don’t know why I always get attitude from this Taco Bell but I do. (Eye roll)

Hands down the worse Taco Bell in history. 5 guys sitting around just laughing, not working. Don’t care about our meals there’s a line of people just standing here 11 mins I’ve waited inside no one said hi or would help. They all ignored me.

I enjoyed good customer service. Staff was polite and friendly! Tortillas were soft and warm. My tacos were prepared fresh and were delicious. I asked for a large cup of ice. I was given that cup of ice without being charged for it. That’s refreshing!

How the do you make nachos with just a drop of cheese just because you didn’t want to remove beans when requested
Then only provide if I was even lucky a half order
Also the taco was freezing cold with the meat only on one side of the race and it was only the equivalent of a quarter of the taco
I did not pay over $20 for food that was not edible
I have been in management for over 10 years and if these were my employees they would be fired
Tell me again why the deserve $15 an hour

I never write reviews but the goofy light skin dude wit the lopsided Afro that works drive thru for day shift just literally made me want to never go back to that location again. Didn’t even say one work to me, didn’t even give no eye contact and when I said thank you still nothing, just handed me my food in an angry way. Wont be spending my money there anymore
