Congrats to the two guy that cooked our food. First time coming and the last.
The bacon was so hard it about broke my tooth. Farthest fro fresh. Not impressed. Carls would have been a better choice. Two tiny pieces of Lettuce and a sliver of tomato. Do yourself a favor. Go back to pouring concrete.

Today was a day for a first! So we drove out to exit 140 on I-40 West. The cutest very charming little convenience/gift/restaurant I think I ever saw. Very friendly staff throughout. The food does not disappoint. The Laguna Burger is quite large and very very delicious. We also had Onion petals, better than any onion rings I’ve had in ages. Thanks Laguna Burger, we’ll be back!

Burgers were big and tasty. Green chile was great and so were the fries! Staff is friendly. When you walk in your order your food at the counter. There are plenty of tables where you can dine in or take out. Was it the best green chile burger? No, but you will not be disappointed.

OMG the burgers are absolutely amazing, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The meat to bun ratio was spot on, and the pickles to die for!!
The fries and onions rings melt in your mouth oh so good. The service of all the employees was 5 star rating for sure.

Beautifully kept rest stop! Gassing yup was perfect! Restrooms were very clean and had a diaper changing area in the women’s room privately located in the handicapped stall. Mens rooms had privacy dividers!! The food was delish! One of the best burgers we ever ate and they were generous with the fries! Which were addicting! Everyone was very friendly and happy too!! Great souvenirs and gifts to take home!

Stopped here to take a phone call. Didn’t spend any money but was also not using the bathrooms or taking up important real estate from paying customers. Granted we were there for about 30 minutes while on the phone and our ride is ugly but we were given repeated outright hostile glares by the staff. At least 2 came outside and just stared us down with genuine HATE!
I mean, on one hand we were using their property as a place to park and be responsible drivers, not trying to play with my phone while driving. On the other, we were on private property and our van is quite the sight but c’mon folks. I’m sure everyone working there are overall good and nice ppl but this stories the only spot w a parking lot and gas and so forth for a stretch in either direction. It’s open to the public. I don’t know! If we were doing something wrong and didn’t know it then I am sincerely sorry but geez man! At least come and talk to ppl like a civil person

Worth a stop if you’re traveling through or in the area. Very decent burger! We preferred the Laguna burger (which includes green chile if you’re wanting to try some NM flavor) overall but the mushroom swiss burger was pretty flavorful albeit a bit rich! Get onion rings instead of fries for a side! They come out hot and crispy.
