Went to Chilis before a game at Pechanga. I haven’t been to chilis in a long time. This experience was good, nothing special. The server did check on us a few times but I feel it was very impersonal, very robotic which is okay, I laughed at the plastic water mugs, but the Mozza sticks were hot, fresh and with a great cheese pull. The quesadilla came like warm which was a shame; it has potential, same with the chicken fingers. But the fries were hot and fresh and delicious too. Overall a good experience but not great. I’d go again if in the area.

I come to this Chili’s often and sit at the bar. The bartender’s service is always good. We went to watch the Football on a Sunday afternoon. The bartender said they will open at 10 on Sundays for the games. The food was good and the Patron drink was nice and strong. The bar was clean. The vibes of the bartender and other patrons were a good addition to the first Sunday of the NFL season.

Chili’s Grill & Bar provided one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Southern California! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The sports bar vibe created a fun and lively environment, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The food was absolutely amazing – hands down some of the best Mexican cuisine I’ve tasted in the area. The fajitas were sizzling, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fresh avocado sauce was the highlight – creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was satisfying, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully prepared.

Customer service was top-notch. Our waiter was exceptional, not only attentive and helpful but also fun and engaging, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and connected with us on a personal level. It really felt like they cared about making our visit special.

The restaurant itself was well-maintained and accessible. I appreciated the excellent handicap accessibility, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The only downside was the washroom, it was a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. While this didn’t take away from the overall experience, a little attention to the restroom would make a noticeable difference.

All in all, Chili’s exceeded expectations. Great food, amazing service, and a fun atmosphere, I’ll definitely be returning for another round of fajitas and that delicious avocado sauce!

Chiles in San Diego has a great location and a nice atmosphere that makes it an easy place to stop in and relax. The service was adequate and the food was also adequate, nothing particularly memorable but solid enough for a casual meal. Overall, it’s a decent spot if you’re already in the area and want a laid-back place to eat.
I wouldn’t make it a point to return.

Everything about my visit was great! The food came out hot and fresh — I ordered the Ultimate Cajun Pasta, Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks, and the Lava Cake for dessert, and everything was cooked perfectly. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I was greeted right away and seated in a booth.

My server was super friendly and attentive, even taking the time to go over the menu and share some recommendations. The restaurant was spotless, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service, food, and vibe were all on point. This might just be my new go-to spot — highly recommend this location!

The food was delicious, my kid got a pizza with French fries, the place was not that clean but it was very good service the place was also, noisy but it’s okay. The wait time was 10-15min but I understand there was a lot of people. I do recommend this place just to eat something like fast food. Also, I don’t think that if your coming to visit don’t come here it like fast food.

This is the worst Chilis I’ve ever been to in my life. Not a joke.

The burger was inedible, with a rock solid flat bun. It was burnt and cracker like. The meat patty wasn’t at all the Chili’s usual, it felt wrong.

The chicken tenders were stale and also super hard. The amount of salt in the sauce felt like it could kill you.

The manager with the shaved head and pony tail does nothing but scroll on his phone at the front.

We ordered 2 items and waited around 50 mins for our food to come. Our waiter was very nice and kept apologizing.

We were able to see the manager from where we sat. The manager was on his phone the whole time. The manager never once walked to the kitchen to help manage the tickets, they also never came to our table to apologize or help the employees. The manager didn’t seem to care that people were sitting with no food for 30 mins+.

The waitstaff did manage to come by and fill our drinks though. I feel bad for the hard waitstaff here. There is poor management. It seems the kitchen was backed up for whatever reason, and putting out inedible food with long wait times.

I will never come here again.

Crazy meal! Every single aspect of the dishes were good, well cooked and plated well. The best one yet was the the Honey-Chipolte Chicken Crispers. The moment i bit into it, my jaw dropped, probably one of the best chicken tenders I ate in my life, tender yet the sauce fits so well perfectly. No regrets!

Listen, if and when you go to chilis, you gotta play the hits. Triple dippers, fajitas, quesadillas, etc. are all bangers. Don’t stray too far from the classics and you’ll have a good time. No different for this location. They play the hits well, have a friendly staff, and are eager to keep your glass full of whatever your beverage of choice is. The key to happiness is setting realistic expectations… and if you do that, you will be happy with Chilis.

Food:
Cajun pasta is always our go to at Chili’s, along with the guacamole and salsa chips.

Drinks:
The casa amigos margarita was disgusting, but the watermelon margarita was good.

Service/Ambiance:
This location has only inside seating and they usually aren’t busy. No need for reservations. Service, and the speed of service was average.
