We came for a vacation to Chattanooga from Nashville. Honestly we didn’t think we would find a Mexican restaurant this good.
Loved this place, its vibe and food is great and very flavourful. They serve food fast and there is ample of seating available.
We ordered chicken fajita quesadillas and vegetarian quesadillas.
They have a wide range options for vegetarian lovers too.
This place is kid friendly as well.

I ordered two nights in a row and all I have to say is this place has gone down hill especially with the online ordering process. I ordered cheese filled enchiladas tonight, wanting extra cheese in them, not realizing that is not an actually option. But what is, is x cheese which I now realize is cheese sauce. So what was delivered today? Enchiladas swimming in cheese sauce. I’m not impressed, this is particularly my fault but why is it not an option with this whole “a la carte” to get double filled enchiladas.
I won’t even get into last nights order but all I have to really say is my tapped out for this place for awhile. It’s simply not worth it, even to be “cheaper,” which it’s not.

I stopped in for some quick take out tacos. The staff was very kind and helpful and the food came out promptly. Five stars on the service. As for the food, it wasn’t truly authentic. But I admit, I’m rather picky about authentic Mexican food. It’s difficult to find West of the Rockies. I had the shredded beef tacos. And the beef was okay. Not the best flavors I’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst either. I think what disappointed me the most was that the corn tortilla shells were pre-formed and pre-cooked. The kind you would find at Del Taco. But In fairness to Amigos, it’s better than most of the other Mexican restaurants I have tried in the area and I would probably go there again. Maybe I will try some different dishes next time.

Well for Mexican food it is not bad it’s really tex-mex and is somewhat generic but it is consistent so picky people will love it. The staff is verry good. It gets crowded on the weekends.

My husband and I grab lunch here as often as his job allows him in the area. They’re always quick, fresh, and affordable! You can spend 13 dollars on a burger and fry or you can come here and get fresh food and too much of it plus a drink in a hurry.

Amigos on Ringgold Road in East Ridge has been consistent with great food for a long time. You can often find me there Mondays for their $1.25 tacos. They are generous with portions as you can clearly see. (I ordered three tacos myself and asked for the cheese on the side then added the cheese to my wife’s single taco). Another set of photos recently added shows what I enjoy on Mondays at Amigos on Ringgold Road.

My wife and I ordered take out this afternoon. We live close, remarkably, by the time I got there the food was ready. When I got home the food was still piping hot, due to their packaging method. Every item tasted amazing .

Our server was great. Our drinks were ice cold our food was amazing except the cheese was off but it was fixed promptly. The food is amazing !!! With left overs. Prices were good too. This is the best amigos I’ve ever been too!

Fajitas and my House citrus cocktail were yummy! Wasn’t offered water to wash down the chips and HOT salsa. Would be nice to know which is hot and which is mild, if you’re offering two salsas. Otherwise I enjoyed the atmosphere and the terracotta cup my drink was served in made the drink so refreshing!
