This place just keeps getting more and more disappointing, went on 10-19-25. Felt like the drive through speaker was rushing me and unprofessional. Food was just not appealing, ordered 2 large fries and they barley filled the cup of fries on both, paper towels were paper tissues like the ones used in the bathrooms or for staff, overall just a bad experience.

The staff is not friendly. The service is slow. They don’t smile. They act like you shouldn’t be there. The drive thru is even slower than going inside. I also think that people that work in food service should keep their tattoos covered. It’s not a good look.

Been here multiple times and theres always something wrong. This time I got multiple things of sauced nuggs and every one of them has such a small amount of sauce, it seriously looks like it’s done on purpose bc every single one I ordered looks just like the picture I posted. My 2 large fries were basically 2 smalls. Seriously If you want food worth what you’re paying, go anywhere but york

Dropped by on my lunch break and picked up 2 double stacks. They were perfectly cooked and tasty, almost like you see in the commercials rather than what you usually get from a fast food place. Was rather impressed since this was better than I usually get them when I stop by my regular location.

I was in town Tuesday for lunch, and like a different reviewer I also witnessed the manager at the counter while I was waiting for my food very rudely and in front of everyone tell someone that was there for an interview that he wasn’t going to interview them because they were not a good fit for the team without even speaking to them first. The young man that was there for an interview was baffled and so was I. Here it is two days later, and I attempted to go through the drive-through. I waited forever on a cheeseburger that was literally a bun, a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I ordered a cheeseburger with only mayo. I repeat, I received a bun with a piece of meat with some mustard on it. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-through line for this as they told me they were short staffed before ever even taking my order as if they just wanted me to go ahead and drive away. The manager is absolutely not a good fit for this location. He should have hired that young man that day as his replacement.

Wendy’s is opened later than any other place in York which is nice. There food is pretty good sometimes I have went and the fries haven’t been the best. For most part associates are nice but I have encountered some rude ones at times which is why I don’t go as often as I used to. I use drive thru and haven’t went inside in over 2 years so can’t say as far as cleanliness goes inside but the parking lot is always trash free.

I pick breakfast up for my clients most mornings. I usually go to McDonald’s but the lines have been stupid here lately. Wendy’s breakfast was a lot quicker and to be honest now that they serve real eggs much better.
