Sandwiches were both tasty and filling. Especially the Mediterranean, one of the best we had! The service was quick and efficient. Recommended as a good place for a quick bite.
Ambiance was great too. Very calm and quiet. May be because we went on a less busy night of a weekday. But loved the experience!

Both our sandwiches were burnt. Bread was burnt, bacon was burnt. It was so burnt we couldn’t even finish eating it. Truly horrible food. However, we got the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and those were wonderful. I’m hoping this was just a rushed lunch order that someone overlooked, and not a norm. But I will not be trying it again to see.

The sandwich was good and hearty, but the Mac and cheese (7$) was a small cup that was definitely overpriced considering that it was obviously either store-bought or made in giant batches. The restaurant itself was freezing (it was significantly warmer outside the restaurant) and the Mac and cheese was lukewarm, not even hot like it should be. It was so cold inside Potbellies that I asked for a cup of hot water, which I initially was charged 3$ for until I negotiated with the staff to get it for free.
Overall, it seems like a decent place (I’d even consider working there if they were hiring and turned down the AC) but the inside was simply freezing, at least 10 degrees F colder than the outside temp. There’s no need to run the AC to make the restaurant freezing when it’s already cold outside. The workers didn’t seem as if they liked their job… not much enthusiasm at all.

Best chicken soup ever! Order the bowl which is $2 extra but definitely worth it!
The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and funny with an overall good vibe as soon as you enter the place. Would recommend this place if you’re in the area or if you’re specifically looking for chicken soup

Restaurant was clean, staff was nice. I asked for no lettuce and somehow got a full salad on my sandwich, but it happens, not a big deal.

Fast and efficient for work lunches. There isn’t anything special about the sandwiches here, and none of them really stick out as “great”, but the convenience of quickly picking up to take back to the office makes up for it. If you aren’t here for work, I’d go someplace better.
