We went to have a date. Food is regular nothing out of the world. Waitress took long time to serve us. I didn’t like the atmosphere or the service. I remember before the pandemic was a really good place to have a dinner date. Not anymore.

The food was good, and the wait was about 20 minutes. The health inspection grade was in the 90s. However, it was very concerning that the waitress delivering our food had long nails that were touching the food. This is unsanitary and should not be permitted in food service.

Came here recently to get a steak and my date got a burger with mac and cheese. Both meals came out quite good but I had to send my steak back as it was overcooked the first time. Also got fries which were also quite good. This is the second time coming here, though it was undercooked previously so I hope consistency comes through soon. Service was nice though I do think there could be less push on selling to win a contest. Interesting experience to say the least.

A waste of time and money; familiarity meets private equity.
Not only is Long Horn super mid already with its meagre menu offerings, uninspired drinks menu and expensive and over salted steak choice, it costs way more then it’s contemporaries(TRH).
This particular location isn’t without its drawbacks either, you get the privilege of glacial inattentive service for a premium price. Id understand if they were in the weeds, but it’s clear the wait staff are just like that. No sense of urgency about anything, from the hostess who didn’t acknowledge, to the bartender meandering to the back, to the server with an eye watering “15 mins from table sit to order place”.
Food was okay. Steak was the right temp, appetizer wasn’t very good, and salad was clearly fresh from the refrigerator (ice cold).
The decor and atmosphere was just like it was when I last visited 10+years ago, it was quiet as a library in the main dining area but you could clearly hear back of house having a good time.
Don’t waste your bread on their bread. Texas Roadhouse is worth the drive, wait and money. And it doesn’t feel like I’m being robbed at steak knife point.

my experience with Longhorn at this particular location was a negative experience. There Was no one upfront to take care of customers who are waiting to be seated the energy and body language from the hostess and waitress was very negative and not welcoming nonchalant faces no happy energy, no smiles Just very offputting.
I ordered my food and I can honestly say if you are gonna take your chances at this location, dine in because portions are bigger, even if the waitresses or hostess or whomever is taking care of you says that they are portion particularly for to go they’re going to be smaller so it’s not worth the money. This will be the last time. I’ll probably be dealing with Longhorn.

I had a great experience with my family this weekend. Makaela was our server and she took great care of us. She had us all laughing, and just happy in general. I had the chop steak med well and it was solid. I’d definitely come back.

I am SOOO disappointed and upset . I’ve been here before and enjoyed the food, but last night was disturbing. The entire restaurant atmosphere was disrupted by a manager yelling and berating a waitress. It was not normal and was extremely uncomfortable. It was loud and the waitress was clearly upset by him. A man should not be approaching or yelling / speaking to any employee let alone a woman. He needs to be fired. I will NOT support a place that treats employees like this. I believe his name was Chodon (not sure if that’s correct spelling) he needs to go or I will report him myself.

I had a leisurely lunch at this restaurant with 3 friends today. Our server, Ryan, gave very good service. He did not mind our staying awhile to talk and visit. The Renegade Sirloin, sweet potato, and Caesar salad were consistently good, as compared to other Longhorn Steakhouse locations I have visited. The restaurant was pretty quiet, which was conducive to extended conversation.

Terrible and even more terrible. Main dishes came out cold, sides were missing waited forever for them by the time they arrived food was even colder. Asked for medium steak and was literally burnt. Spoke with the manager all he said was “oh it’s a little overcooked “ it was not busy at all so the long wait for food or the way the food was prepared was unacceptable.

Today 2/24/2025 We ordered togo and were told the order would be ready in 25 mins. It took over 45 minutes to receive 2 salads and a Lh burger. We did not receive the burger or fries and the 2 apps we ordered Mushrooms and the tonions were stone cold. The 7 pepper steak was overcooked and dry. The meal was not worth $80
The staff would not give a refund for the missing food. They gave my husband discount cards. We will not return.
