All around great dining experience with Brandi. I will come back for steak. Had a bison burger and my date has a chicken ceasars salad and we both had wine. We shared a delicious apple crisp for dessert.

I HIGHLY recommend Dakotah Steakhouse! I made a reservation for Saturday (and I’m glad I did, because this place was hopping) and my table was ready the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was welcoming, yet sophisticated. My server, Jesse, was friendly, informative on the menu, and prompt with service. My cocktail was well prepared and my filet was cooked to perfection! The fry bread was a delicious addition as well. I was very impressed with the price point, given the high degree of quality! 10/10, will absolutely be back!

Just not it. Went in for an evening reservation for 2 adults and still had to wait past our reservation time to be seated. Waited long for drinks beyond the complimentary immediate water. Ordered entrees and waited long again. The glazed carrots somehow were cooked (steamed?) but tasted raw with no glaze. Instead there was a sauce dripped over the carrot sticks. Multiple ounces of the 16oz prime rib were just fat and gristle, more than would ever be expected from a prime rib. Service was slow and not the most attentive. Spent 1.75 hours for 1 drink and 1 entree and only spent about 20 minutes of that consuming the food and drink. Chain steakhouses have the same quality steaks, sides, and service at 1/4 of the price. Genuinely baffled how this restaurant gets good reviews, must be good marketing focused on offering buffalo meat?

This is our go to date night spot! The steaks are always made perfect and the appetizers are great! We had Angela S for our server and she is awesome, was super helpful and gave great recommendations on what to order, this will always be our special place!
I love the tataka filet and the baked potatoe, we tried the onion rings and walleye fingers, it was sooo delicious! They also have a great drink selction! Ask for Angela’s section when you go on the weekends she is the best!

I really enjoyed this steakhouse. I have had better steaks, but not at this price.

Service was good, drinks were never empty. The sides and appetizers were tasty.

Cool place, but they were busy on a Wednesday afternoon. Pros: Steaks (and bison), fried bread and butter, hostess and waiter were nice, and clean Western style interior. Also the drinks were good (including Guiness). Cons: They were out of the honey glazed carrots and the brussel sprouts were shredded instead of whole (I prefer the texture of whole or cut in half sprouts). The wagon wheel potatoes were over seasoned.

I was greeted by a big, friendly fella (pictured) and seated across from a beautiful fireplace. My server, Brady, was exceptional, attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming. The steak was perfectly prepared, and the warm roll was so good it had me rethinking my diet!

The service was amazing! The facility was very clean . The food I found was lacking in flavor… in fact I was reaching for the salt to give it a more flavor so that was a little disappointing. The roles were pretty good to me. They remind me of a funnel cake. Would I recommend going here? Yes… in fact we travel through here often & I would like to see if the flavor improves.
