Everything was great! I actually drove 30 minutes from my house to this IHOP after a disappointing experience at the location near me. When we arrived at the closer one, the place was a mess—the music was blasting, and before we were even seated, the server came up and said, “We’re out of eggs are you okay with that?” We said no and left.
I’m so glad we made the drive to this location. The service here was top-notch, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thank you for the awesome experience. See you again soon!

The new manager Zykirria has made a big difference at the store both inside and out. The waitress Donna was also excellent. Super Improvement on the restaurant itself and the food quality.

My husband is a Non- English speaking Hispanic man that understands but doesn’t speak much English.. we were out doordashing this morning and around 6:30-6:40 this morning we stopped by to pick up an order and my husband goes in alone to pick up the food. upon arriving within the store, he waits a minute or two and then walks around a corner and then described to me that a woman started screaming at him that she will be up front in a minute. So he walked back to the front and waited and when she comes out he tries to show her the order he is trying to pick up and she continues to yell at him about how he can’t speak now and how he is rude and when he responds back she yells out that she speaks English not Spanish.

We had a delicious catered breakfast for Stewartsboro Elementary staff in the return from the winter break. Zacharia the manager was great to work with. We will definitely use them again.

I went there today with my daughter to have a father daughter day she was really looking forward towards it because IHOP is one of her favorites. So everything was all normal at Frist until we saw big ol Roach under our condiment holder at our table I felt so discussed. I told staff then chatted with the manager about this I told them I am not paying and they understood why. I will not be eating at this location again because if there’s one Roach there’s a colony of them somewhere else in the building. I went ahead and notified the proper agencies. Because at the end of the day it’s a safety hazard and it involves food and people consuming that food. I wouldn’t want my child eating here knowing that and I very sure that most people wouldn’t either if they knew this.

Great that they are open 24 hrs. Working in the service industry we don’t get off til 3-4am. So being able to get hot food at this time is nice. You can’t call and order though. Either have to order off the website or go in. However, they always are awesome. Just a bit pricey but hey, everything is now a days.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I did an online pickup order, and unfortunately, my order was messed up three different times. The first time, it wasn’t my meal at all — the receipt on the bag clearly showed what I ordered, but the food was completely different. The second time, they gave my meal to someone else, and the third time, the order still didn’t have everything in it.
I’m not from around this town or state, but this has actually happened to me before at this same chain, so it was a little frustrating. That said, I really want to point out that the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and patient with me, even when I was a little frustrated — and I truly appreciate her professionalism. She handled everything as best as she could.

Donna is always our server. She is the best. Friendly, efficient, hard worker. The food always comes out hot and fresh. Ps if you go out to a sit down restaurant and have someone wait on you TIP THEM!
