I had not been here in years and stopped by yesterday. It has always been good but was even better this time! I particularly enjoyed the fried blue crabs w/ dipping butter available. The other items were all great as well. The spare ribs were amazing and fresh and the many different types of chicken and pork and shrimp. Service was very good. Price was 18.99 for dinner buffet. Lunch was cheaper option.

We are there in Sunday afternoon. Their selection of foods has changed to old dried out eggs, under the lamp packages and sausage. Replacing more expensive and variety of Asian cuisine.

The steak selection was basically fried onions, very little steak. The grilled chicken was plentiful,, yet, lukewarm. They had crab legs that were completely fried up. The turkey was sitting in a base of water, thus tasteless and cold. They had a seafood combo dishes, lukewarm and without much flavor. The vocabulary shrimp, though not hot, had some flavor to it.

The steam vegetable were sitting in lukewarm water, base, thus tasteless, the rice dishes, both white and fried were lukewarm.

The mash potatoes were are thick and tasteless as paste. Had to be fro a box. These were in no way, fresh mash potatoes.

The whole mushrooms were fresh and hot.
The corn in the cob tasted old, hard and was lukewarm. The green beans, although looked fresh, were lukewarm.

I could go in, but, why bother. It appears this business has decided to cut food cost/quality with no reflection on the cost to eat there.

We have been going there off and on for years. However, after paying $45.00 for two people to eat which what turned out to a substandard experience. We will not be returning.

9/25- I stopped for lunch and while the food is pretty and well stocked I found many of the items were cold. I don’t know if the burner was off that day. I mentioned it but I don’t think they understood.
They had a few soups. The chowder looked older than the Won Ton or Hot and Sour.
Lots of healthy choices in the salad area and a few premade salads. They have toppings and dressings to go along with the salad.
If you like fruits there are lots of choices as well. Fresh pineapple, watermelon and others. If you like dessert they have some sweet options including a good selection of ice cream and cakes.

Fresh food and with all the people it went fast. Staff kept table clear of dirty dishes and even with all the people it they kept up with the drink refills. A must try is it in the area, just know it can get a bit busy on the weekends, not too sure about during the week

Crossing through CT after a trip to NY we remembered a great spot we stopped at by chance 5 years ago. Found it in a social media post and it was Pacific. We decided to go again. It was just as amazing as we remembered it!! Clean. Friendly staff. Everything looks and tastes fresh. Highly recommend this buffet!

This is my second time coming here, and for the price I’d recommend it. Food is alright, decent variety. Our waitress during the first visit was great, regularly came by to pick up our plates and offered refills. The waitress from the second visit however, was not. She’d quickly come by to pick up plates but didn’t offer any refills despite our cups being empty. Also, when she brought the bill, she just…stayed there? The waitress from our last visit dropped the bill and then came back a few minutes later to get our payment, but this waitress just stood there and watched us the whole time. She also said we had to give her the tip at that very moment, for some reason? Usually we leave it on the table before we leave and that’s what we did last time we were here but she said no, that we had to give it to her at that very moment. So she just stood there staring until we gave her the tip and payment, not even saying thank you or anything. Not sure what all that was about.

I visited this pacific buffet tonight. We went there an hour before closing, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the food on the buffet was cold, even items that should have been hot and freshly maintained. It didn’t seem like the food was being replenished at that point.

What was even more concerning was that staff were actively cleaning around and over the food while guests were still trying to eat and serve themselves. It made the environment feel rushed and uncomfortable, like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome.

I understand that restaurants prepare to close, but if you’re still open and accepting customers, the food quality and dining experience should be maintained until closing time. Sadly, this visit did not meet expectations.

Well, for starters…place was clean..I’ll give them that. Bathrooms were clean, floor was clean and not sticky like some places.
Food – Lo Mein had a weird funky taste to it if you could get past it being cold. The bbq pork was rock hard. Mac and Cheese was cold, even the spoon to get it out was cold to touch. The clams…well, what place, not just a buffet..has clams and doesn’t have/wont give you melted butter…The only good part about the meal was the chicken with broccoli and the sweet n sour chicken.

Overall…I don’t see the hype behind this place. Food was subpar, the waitress was..well, I can’t say because she was never around until I was ready to leave.
