Worst meal we’ve ever had. My husband had the chicken and it was over cooked to the point of being almost burnt. Our friend ordered well done eggs and got over easy runny. My pancakes were not even warm. Will not be going again. Waitress was friendly whenever she came by, but that was seldom. We had to threaten to walk out without paying just to get someone to bring the bill. We were there for over an hour. A table behind ours wound up walking out because they never got their food. Someone else left also. The table beside us got someone elses order and he let them know it wasn’t his. He then ordered chicken, onion rings, and cheese sticks. It all looked the same and was over done. The place wasn’t busy. They were short staffed, but that’s no reason for it to be that messed up.

We were greeted very nicely. It was quite chilly in the restaurant though. We had several small special requests. They were very willing to do everything I requested. It took a little while for the food but was well worth it!! We were concerned at first when we were told that our waitress had to leave and that Anisha had to take over. But she was also very friendly and helpful. We were told that Debbie was the chef. She definitely is a chef (not just a cook)! Everything was cooked perfectly. The hamburger was just a little pink and juicy in the center as requested. The eggs were perfectly SOFT Poached exactly as requested. Not overcooked at all!! Everything else was also perfectly cooked. They brought the gravy and bacon on the side as requested. They also brought the pancakes after the rest of meal like I asked since I wanted them like dessert. Everything was so perfect. I have to admit, not what I expected! Thank you so much!!!

Urgent Feedback Regarding Front-of-House Staffing and Order Delays
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service during my recent visit. An order that was placed well in advance should have been ready upon arrival, but instead, it resulted in a 35-minute ordeal due to a complete lack of organization at the front of the house.
The primary issues encountered were:
Inadequate Staffing: Having a single person attempting to juggle both hosting and waitressing is clearly not working. The front-of-house needs a dedicated, trained person to seat guests and handle order pickups.
Lack of Communication: My husband waited for over 25 minutes without being acknowledged. When I came in, I had to flag down a waitress who then ignored me after delivering another order. It took a direct confrontation to find out the order hadn’t even been started yet.
Operational Failure: “Processing the order” after we had already been there for nearly half an hour is unacceptable. An order placed ahead of time should be prioritized and staged in a visible area for pickup.
You need to hire and train competent front-of-house staff who can multitask effectively and prioritize customer acknowledgment. This experience was entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your management of the floor.

Adelinde is the best! So sweet and professional! She’s been at this location 22 years and knows how to treat her customers. We love her and will be back. The food was hot and fresh. We arrived at 8:10 and got our food by 8:20. Best service ever!

In the beginning it was a little shakey our server was trying her hardest to get our order up and out but things kept getting pushed back or something forgotten our server was still keeping a smile. But out of nowhere food started moving i just see a little shadow moving then she came out and i got to see superwoman. I don’t know her name and tell her im sorry for doing a quick snap but she and her server was just amazing kudos to superwoman in the kitchen

Long wait to get our food. The waitress made us feel like we were a bother to her. When being seated, she just pointed from across the room to where we were to sit. When our food was FINALLY delivered. She never asked if there was anything else we needed just turned & started walking away. I said can we get jelly and S&P. She said th we S&P is on the table as she continued waking away. When my husband said no its not, she didn’t even acknowledge him. When she brought us S&P she said someone must have stole it they do it all the time. REALLY? She never returned to see if our food was satisfactory. Food was good; service not so much.

Today we hopped on in to IHOP!!! Talk about great, this place goes above and beyond to completely satisfy the customer. You’ll be amazed if Anisha is your server!! Very friendly, service oriented delightful person!! Absolutely 10 out of 10. Every bite was good to the end. Check out those clean plates!!! We had the birthday girl with us and they gave her special treatment!! We were pleased with our experience!!!

I live out of state but get to come here quite a bit when I’m visiting family. Linda always takes care of me and she’s the best waitress I’ve ever had she’s always nice and never misses a beat on anything. It’s very rare you get a waitress you can tell really cares about the people she is serving. She’s is the best! We all love her!

We came in the door, were greeted and sat. The floor was sticky, making shoes stick and the atmosphere was not great. It was humid inside. The server asked what we wanted to drink, came back with drinks… then started naming the things on the menu that they were out of. She stated that basically the only thing that they did have was breakfast items. That was okay, because we came for breakfast items. The sweet tea was unsweet, so we asked for a soda instead. She advised that she was out of most of the soda items as well, so we ordered a Dr Pepper. When she brought it back she said that she just changed it and it might be “syrupy”. There was no silverware on the table, nothing to stir the coffee that I ordered. We ordered a crape combo with cinnamon roll crapes and a breakfast combo. Food came quick, but the crapes looked plain. I had never had them before, so I tasted them hoping they tasted like cinnamon roll but instead they tasted like sausage as did the majority of the rest of the food. I pointed out that they were supposed to be cinnamon roll crapes and were empty and folded over. She stated that she thought they didn’t look right. She brought out the new crapes which were fine. When the bill was brought she explained that she knew what was wrong with the tea, she forgot to sugar it. While we were eating, the kitchen staff had music blasting over the music that was already playing in the dining room. Also, a lady in a red shirt that I believe to be the manager was rolling silverware eating the whole time. My husband went to the bathroom and said that the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, floor to ceiling. I wish I could give a 0 review because that is what is deserved. 0/10.
