This drink look’s like tar with white foam. I get the same drink everyday from starbucks so im not understanding why it’s always a issue at this location. Since management doesn’t want to take care of anything. I am posting this review because right is right and wrong is wrong. SORRY IM NOT WHITE ENOUGH FOR THEM TO FIX THE ISSUE AT HAND. I live in this neighborhood so it would make since to go to this location with it being my primary store. As barista’s I understand everyone make’s thing’s different. If i ask for it to be corrected then thats what i expect. Not attitude or push back. IT’s coffee not rocket science. And to steve with that silver pony tail, you need to mind your business. You made my drink wrong, i ask for a refund, and here come steve nosy nuisance behind all up in the business that im having with another associate talking about call security. Why? Cause im “black and aggresive”? FOH! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOUR WHITE!

This store made me love Starbucks again. The managers? Wonderful. Customer service? Exceptional. Somehow every person there has memorized my name and order and never fail to greet me the moment I walk in. I cannot say enough good things about this store. (I’ve been a customer here now for 6 years and refuse to go to other locations because they’re never as good)

I received my order and it was incorrect. I called Starbucks and the young lady that is answered the phone basically told me we can’t do anything about your incorrect order take that up with DoorDash. I asked the young lady if there was a manager I could speak with and she stated sure but left me on hold forever. This was not cool and very unprofessional she lucky I didn’t get her name but I do know she is young and African American. All I wanted was my order to be fixed and for me to get my correct drink. Simple minded people.

Went in to a busy starbucks. This starbucks is a good size with plenty of seating. Half of the starbucks near the counter is super busy making it hard to get in and out and the other half toward the wall on the other side is completely open. The atmosphere is like any other typical starbucks. This particular starbucks would do better if set up differently making it more open instead of how it is split pushing everyone to one small section as it takes alot longer than normal to get what is ordered. For my order it took twice as long to get with others that ordered after my getting there order first, although it was quick when ordering. Overall, not the best starbucks experience I have had, but it wasn’t wasn’t awful either, it just took longer than it should of to get my order.

Busy location! I recommend ordering ahead if you’re in a rush. It’s very clean and staff are friendly. There’s plenty of seating and the space feels welcoming. Located right in the middle of City Place it’s so convenient and accessible.

Don’t know the spelling but Kylung was not professional. Our order was called with my name. There was only 1 drink available when my name was called I went up to get the drink and it was the wrong drink. When I told them it was the wrong drink, She said “you picked up the wrong drink” and gave me a dirty look like I stole something, yet my name was the only one called, why would I want a plan coffee over a latte anyways!
Proper Customer service would have been. “Sorry we must have called the wrong name, we will make your drink now” DON’T BLAME CUSTOMERS!!!

Since February I have been going to the Starbucks on Rosemary in West Palm Beach. I live in Boynton & work in West Palm Peach. I could use any number of Starbucks between my community & work. I stopped by the Rosemary store by accident & since then that’s my store. First Gabe manages the store and his team with excellence being his goal. Joesph & Morgan are Superstars. They both greet you like you are family or a good friend. Morgan has such an awesome smile & and pleasant personality that sets my tone for that day. Her positive attitude makes me want to sing. Joesph, this guy no matter how busy he is, remembers the tiniest detail about my order. As long as these 2 are there, that’s my store. If you good coffee go to any Starbucks, if you want an experience to start your day, go to Starbucks on Rosemary.
