I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful time I had at Chili’s. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean. The customer service by our waiter Chris was phenomenal, he made sure to explain the meals options. The value and quality of the food is worth another visit soon.

Came in on a busy Friday night with a party of 20 and was seated right away. Our server, Naj, was absolutely amazing super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything we needed. The entire team stepped in to help run food, bring drinks, and keep our table pre-bussed. You can really tell they work together and take pride in great service.
The GM, Ms. Brown, made table touches throughout the restaurant to make sure every guest was taken care of, which I really appreciated. I drove 45 minutes to get here, and it was well worth it. Excellent service, great teamwork, and an overall smooth experience. Highly recommend this location!

Stopped in for lunch today and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, which made for a great midday break. My only suggestion would be to turn the music down just a notch, was cool and upbeat, but a little too loud for a lunchtime atmosphere. Overall, a great visit and I’ll definitely be back!

Cori was a delight. Her service was impeccable. From the time we sat down until the time we left she gave us her best! Anything we asked for she made sure we had it! She made sure our food was the way we wanted! She made sure our cups stayed full. Cori was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had! It’s very hard to find a server who does their best to make sure the guest are top priority but she did and so effortlessly. And with other guest to tend to also. Cori really set the bar! I will be back and I will make sure to ask for her each and every time! Y’all have a forever customer long as she’s there! 5 stars throughout!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this Chili’s. The service was honestly way better than I expected. Our server was super friendly, checked on us without being annoying, and actually got everything right the first time. The food came out fast and hot — like fresh off the grill, not sitting-in-the-window hot.
I got the Chicken Crispers and they were perfect: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the fries were surprisingly seasoned really well. My friend ordered the Cajun Pasta and I ended up stealing half of it because it was that good. Even the drinks tasted consistent, which never happens at chain restaurants.
The whole place was clean, the vibe was chill, and the music wasn’t blasting like most places. Honestly, for the price and the quality, this location deserves way more credit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It was a very nice experience.
