Stopped in to get a quick burger and fries. The place was clean and the food was typical McDonald’s. I have to say the service, or lack of services was typical McDonald’s too. The personal touch was missing completely. Had to place the order on a kiosk, and the food was brought out but that was it. Couldn’t even get a refill on my drink. When I left there were 6 people waiting on somebody to ask what can we do for you. If only I had driven a quarter mile further I could eaten at Culver’s.

We placed our order on a kiosk at 2:39pm and did not receive our food until almost 3:05. We came inside so that my kids could play in the indoor playground, and my kids were waiting patiently, but very hungry. There were multiple people who ordered after us that received their meals before us, and I approached the counter twice to check on our meal. The only employee that was helpful was a woman named Shelli (she was great) who took care of our meal herself and personally walked our meal over to our table and double checked we had everything we needed. I totally understand slight delays, and even shift changes etc, but I feel this was a simple mistake that should have been fixed the first time I spoke up. I appreciate Shelli, but wanted to bring this situation to light in hopes it doesn’t happen to another mom of little kids, who are also hungry.

This is one of the only locations with a play area. It was well maintained and had numerous children having fun. We had our food ordered and to our table within less than 5 minutes. The bathrooms were clean.

Ordered two items. Waited for 15 min for the second item and they forgot about my order so I had to get their attention before they brought it to me. They had me pull forward in the drive through and they served 10 cars behind me before my honking finally got their attention and they came out and asked what I needed.

They gonna charge me 17.99 just to deliver a simple happy meal at 5.99. That’s outrageous. 6.99 delivery then they want a tip too. Versus only 9.00 for uber eats delivery try it yourself with your mcdonalds app versus uber, door dash, grubhub. You woukd be surprised . Don’t get scammed. So,What has happened. They also don’t answer the phone when you call. It’s says to call *611 but that only calls my Spectrum. The number you call them goes to a cell phone, it should go to a landlines. Calling Corporate office. So ridiculous.

This location is a joke. Placed a door dash order here and it took half an hour to acknowledge the order and the delivery driver after he had been sitting there.
I paid for two McFlurries and got neither of them. Food was cold and our drinks were soda water instead of what I ordered. Will never be going back there again. Blatant carelessness

Did mobile order and had a free large Fry to redeem (and it shows on the sticker receipt included with my meal), but I did not receive it. The bacon cheeseburger did not have bacon on it (and the label says “bacon cheeseburger” and the large fry I received with my value meal was only filled halfway.

Edit, this location is consistently bad now. Something changed, its new people and new attitudes. The last three trips all three they got our order wrong and twice we never got them to get it right and we finally just agreed this is not our place to eat anymore. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
