Was in town for work and was told this place was good…nope, it was FANTASTIC! Chicken fried steak with gravy, cornbread, mashed potatoes, green beans and the corn bites were outstanding. Good ole southern cooking and the service matched to food, great! Will eat here again. Just remember, only cash no credit cards, but prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Drove along way to get breakfast but they only serve it till 1030am. We just missed it. Cheese burger and Cajun fries was good. When it came to service it seemed like if you were not a local usual customer you didn’t exist. One of the local customers had to yell for the waitress cause she noticed we were forgot about. I also had to ask if they gave refills for sweet tea. Waitress didn’t seem to like that I asked. THEY ARE CASH OR CHECK ONLY NO CARDS..

That food was amazing and fresh. I got the patty melt and home fries. I love the way they do the ketchup. Our waitress was nice and answered my questions. I recommend this place. 10/10

Right on the Main Street near downtown Parsons Tennessee. It’s easy to see from a car but the sign is not very big. It used to be a gas station so think about that when you’re looking for it. It’s easy to park around the building you will almost be sticking out in the street though. It doesn’t look like much on the outside and when you go in it looks like an old-time Diner. It’s very clean and they’re very welcoming. The daily special is written on the wall and it’s only $6. As they run out of things they erase it from the board. The food came out fast and hot and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my group really liked it and wants to go back. Cornbread beans and fresh vegetables with a side of meat.this is definitely one of those places that does not look like much on the outside but they really do deliver on home-cooked Style quality food at low prices. Definitely worth going out of your way just to eat here. I had not been here in a long time but I will definitely go back again. I had moved out of town. I highly recommend this to anyone. They close early mostly breakfast and lunch you may want to check the hours if you come in the afternoon or later.
