The food was delicious and the cocktails were just as great. The manager, Ananda, was incredibly nice and sweet. She went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary appetizer and removing the dip we ordered, which we truly appreciated.
I always have a great time here and absolutely love the atmosphere. Bonefish Grill never disappoints, and I’ll definitely be back!
Ananda checked on us she has a bright smile and positive energy.
Our server Gabby took great care of us.
This was a great way to wind down our day.
We don’t like to complain but this is the second inconvenience we had in three
Weeks. We made a reservation and were seated in a table with previous guests receipts on it, not sure why! The food and ambiance is satisfactory. Our server was courteous, although she neglected to deliver my guest’s beverage and side dishes. One of the guest dishes was inedible and was replaced, but it arrived too late and cold. After being re-prepared, it appeared to have been left sitting in the kitchen we had to remind the server and that’s probably why it was cold the second time around…
Although this was not a significant issue, I did notice that when I paid, the server intentionally withheld $10 from my change. I had provided the tip prior to receiving the change, at which point it was too late to mention it as I didn’t want to ask money back so I chose not to pursue the matter further.
Nonetheless, I want to emphasize that while I appreciate the service and am willing to overlook the mistakes, I also value the effort a server puts into ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and that customers receive the correct change without being shortchanged. Regardless, we would have provided more then 20%, so that was an Unnecessary behavior .
As local residents, we were aware of the situation maybe she needed it so we let it go for this time . Last week a different server totally neglected all 6 of us,
We set outside, server never came back to check on refills and we had to ask another
Server for boxes twice, yet neither of them brought us boxes. I had to walk inside and ask the hostess. Dishes never removed either. Lock of training is evident.
1st. We ask to be seated outside & are told Aaron will be our server. We watch Aaron serve another table, then we watch Aaron ask another waitress to take us & instead of himself. Why, I’m honestly not sure but have assumptions. The other waitress comes over & apologizes for no one coming, we appreciate it. Then, we watch 3 tables who were seated after get their food before us. We watch 1 person by themselves and give the excuse, “oh, he’s by himself. Easy order for them” but then we watch a table of 6, we are a table of 4 & then another table of 6. At that point, an hour has went by. My pregnant wife is over it. My kids are getting antsy. So we ask if we can pay for our drinks & leave. While waiting our food appears & I asked for it to be boxed so we can take it to go. The staff is apologetic, but takes another 10 minutes to box the food. It comes with the check, with more apologies.
In the end, we waited over an hour for take out. We paid $102, for what we feel was very unfair treatment.
Could also be a coincidence, but when I told my wife to sit down at a few chairs that were to the side, the staff then moved those chairs to an empty table. While we were there, that table was never seated so I’m not sure why they were moved? Very unfortunate series of events.
Can’t say this will be everyone’s experience, but this was ours. Idk if it was the kids, us being minorities, I truly don’t know. Just a very, very unfortunate ending to our what should have been special day
