The burgers are delicious and so easy to eat too many.. easy dinner on the go , the chicken rings were fresh and loved how they tasted.. now ur fries are not salted and not good, they taste too bland.. maybe a Cajun seasoning on those fries as a suggestion..

Got four sliders. One had no meat and another was all chopped up and looked like mush. Two dudes inside were on something, laughing as they handed me my bag of food. Before I could tell my coworker about the experience he went two days later and said he found multiple strands of hair.

This is the worst fast food resturant I have ever been to. The word “fast” has no reason to be in the same sentence as this place. They are the slowest resturant i have ever been to. I get a 30 minute lunch there is one vehicle ahead of me already at the window to get their food I ordered sat behind them for 20 minutes then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food after the two employees working there both asked me what my order was after I had already been sitting at the window for 10 minutes. I didn’t have any time to eat my lunch after waiting so long just to get my order. This White Castle is the worst and is incompetent as the employees are for taking your order and getting the food prepared in a quick manner. As slow and incompetent as the employees are getting your food I would hate to see what it looks like inside and how they clean the place throughout the day or at night when they close I will never go back I’m surprised there isn’t not a bunch of people with food poisoning after eating at this horrible horrible White Castle.

if there was an option lower than 1 star, then i definitely would choose that, yall treat your employees terribly. The customer service is absolutely awful, where is the uniformity??? Where is the organization, where is the professionalism, like who even eats at White Castle anymore????? Nobody, yall dont have enough clientele to be acting the way that this establishment does, please get it together, NOW. Or there will be repercussions

I don’t go white castle very often. But I love the sliders and onion pedals ETC . Today I was driving by the one in Pontiac and thought why not. After waiting 25 minutes for my 2 sliders (I was the only one there when I ordered)I would have been better off and just leaving without the food. The onion pedals came up in about 3 minutes and sat getting cold. The sliders where burn the buns cold and the cheese was hard and cold. Not sure how that location stays i business. This experience won’t stop me from going to white castle just won’t go back there

This is the first and probably the last time going to this White castle.
I went around 5:30 pm, traffic and the order they had was slow, so I figured this would be a good time to try and only order a $5 combo, with one modification of no pickles.
30 minutes….. It took 30 minutes….
My food was given away to a different customer, which I do understand mistakes happen, but it just didn’t help that there is constant yelling from one staff member berating another who I’m assuming is new or may not know how to progress in his job, while she was also on her phone.
I asked for a refund because my lunch break was over already but greatly one staff did make it right, which I do appreciate it, but I just can’t get pass the series of event that I experienced.

Food tastes fresh, although I have given this location a few tries, they are always extremely slow getting orders out. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue, but this is not how fast food is designed to be.

There was only 2 girls there working. They were working as fast as they could. You need to get them some help. It’s impossible for two to make 100 s of burgers also fries drinks and everything else. I will say I am proud of them because they cooked, filled orders for like 5 people in like 15 mins. If you want to work them like that you should double their pay sine they are doing the job of at least 4 people. Manager was so nice and the girl cooking burgers was very nice too. You got a do better White Castle

Order 10 Cheeseburgers everything via Drive thru. Get on the road about a mile and eat one. No cheese and no pickle. Go back and say I ordered cheeseburgers with everything. They added cheese and heating in heater box. Again, drive off and eat one, NO PICKLE!!
