This Dunkin is poorly managed—the manager is never around, so the store is basically run by teenagers with little leadership. Service is inconsistent and orders are often wrong. The only reason this place stays afloat is because of Jordan and Romesha, who are efficient and keep things running daily. Without them, this location would likely be shut down. It’s honestly sad because I used to go daily to this location now I have to commute to a different one just for a better experience.

The employees are very attentive…I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature….
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees…I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store…I hadn’t a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside…
I will not go back while she’s there EVER!!
HER ATTITUDE SUCKS!!
AND I WILL TELL OTHERS AS WELL IF SHE DOESNT GET HER NASTY ATTITUDE TOGETHER!!!

New employees were hired at this location by owners. Worst mistake ever! How am I waiting for a picking up order I places 15 minutes ago? Never had this issue with the former employees that worked the morning shift! It’s happened a couple of times for the past three weeks since they got ride of the good employees and hired horrible new ones!

This use to be my favorite dunkin donuts but now I would not be returning to this location. First off I placed my order online and when I arrived at the store to pick up my food they hadn’t started it. The 2 women employees was just sitting there and when I asked for my order one of them replied “,oh no one made the food”. After waiting 15 mins for my food to be made I was missing items from my order and when I said something she caught an attitude. How can you be upset with your customers if you screwed up! Waited almost 30mins for raw bacon and ice cold bagels! For the past few months I’ve been having issues with my food at this location but I kept giving them a chance because it wasn’t always this way but from now on they will not receive another dime from me until they get their staff in order!
