Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ok, first….this has to be the best one outside of Plano. The drive thru person was excellent. She deserves a raise. Hassle free, asked all the right questions, took my coupon with no problem. The wait was a little long but the food…was fresh and HOT. The sandwiches were not sloppy…the drinks were fresh and not watered down. The sweet tea was prime. She was also the drive thru window clerk. Happy, professional and on clean clothes and well groomed. That matters when handling people’s food folks. Her name was Catherine. She is excellent. I would restablish our group evening eating if someonenlike her worked nights but instead you are met with a foul attitude nigjt ahift girl that makes you want to send her an invitation to a meet up at an UFC fight. Excellent job young lady.

This was one of the most disappointing Whataburger experiences I’ve ever had. While traveling back to Texas on a roadtrip, we stopped at this location in Fort Worth and waited close to 30 minutes for our order. During that time, we noticed that multiple customers, both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru received incorrect orders. After waiting that long, we realized we were also missing items from our order.

I tried to speak with the manager to address the issue, but instead of listening, she was dismissive and repeatedly cut me off, saying, “What do you need? What do you need?” without allowing me to fully explain the problem. When I finally got a word in, she blamed being short-staffed, despite several employees standing behind the counter talking and huddled together. By the time we received our food, the fries were cold and soggy. After being on the road for over 8 hours, this long delay and poor-quality food was extremely frustrating and only added unnecessary time and stress to our road trip. I understand busy days happen, but dismissive management, lack of communication, incorrect orders, and cold food are unacceptable. Pick a struggle, it can’t be all of the things. Unfortunately, this stop in Fort Worth was a letdown and not the Whataburger experience we expected.

The worst whataburger I been too. Paid for cheese , wasn’t added. Fries cold as hell. Wait was more than 30+ minutes I remember working at that whataburger and wasn’t that long to make a grill chicken. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy lol.

Burger patties are mushy. No texture. Its like they undercooked them on purpose. Should have paid attention to the MOST RECENT reviews. People are just lazy and think you owe them just because they exist. Dont come here. Food is cold, undercooked and takes forever even though there are NO other orders. Cant wait for autonomous workers and digital menus. Yall lazy, slow people are working yourselves out of a job. At least a machine wont mess up my order just based on my looks or how well I speak English.
