There was a mixup at the drive-through when I ordered a sausage Mc griddle for my birthday reward. The guy who took my order was really cool and outgoing. He thought I ordered the sausage egg, and cheese Mc griddle, but that item is not eligible for the birthday reward. When I got to the window, he handed me the receipt and said, happy birthday, while he was in the middle of taking another order. It looked like he wanted to say something else. When I got the receipt, it had two items, one of them being the sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle. I thought it was a really neat exchange because of the mixup we had when placing the order. A big thanks to the manager or the employee for the blessing. I get to the last window for pick up. A woman hands me a bag with only one item. I show her the receipt and ask her about the other sandwich, she said I didn’t pay for it and that it was a mistake and closed the window.

This mcdonald’s is amazing. I ordered breakfast through the app and it got cancelled, I decided to go inside to see what was going on. I ordered breakfast too late through the app, and it was 30 min past breakfast time at this point. I was willing to buy lunch because I knew I ordered too late through the app. I believe the manager showed up not sure what her name was but it was a nice hispanic lady, and said she was gonna check her inventory for the stuff I ordered. She came back and took my order, and gave me exactly what I ordered! I really appreciate the care and the attentiveness of this location because even though I was the customer irresponsible for ordering breakfast late she took her time to get me what I needed. Please treat these people with love and respect as they do us!

Came today to treat my son and get some play time out. I considered this to be a safe place for him since he has Von Willebrand Disease and can’t play outside or get into any contact sports. There are other kids that have decided to kick a soccer ball around which I know should not be done but no manager or staff has said anything to them. This has been going on before and after 1PM CST

This McDonalds was slow and served our food to someone else even though we had a number. Talked to Manager and she didn’t want to remake our order even though it was sitting with another customer for awhile. And when they remade the order they still didn’t make it right. And the the fries were cold letting us know it was not made fresh. Will not trust this McDonald’s again. They may be messing around with your food.

I pulled in the drive thru and provided my code. it went through on my phone and the girl was a little confused and asked for it again and i told her again and also let her know it went through on my end but they kept telling me it was invalid. i tried to open the reward again and try it again but it gave me the 15 minute time limit meaning the code went through so i couldn’t give them another code. i told them what the reward was and asked if they could just put the discount but they kept telling me the code was invalid and there was nothing they could do. so i lost my reward and didn’t even get my food. terrible experience

Used the app for the new gold sandwich and they forgot the bacon.
And gave me pickles after I said no pickles. Whether it was ordered by voice or by internet this place gets it wrong. Also a pitiful amount of gold sause on here.

This location has managed to get something wrong in my last recent orders. Asked for well done fries and got stalled cold fries. In another order which I placed today around 6:09pm I asked for well done fries and when I pulled up to the pick up window, the individual said with an attitude can you please make sure you check your fries are well done! and rolled his eyes. They also started charging for condiments which is fine, but even after they charged me for 2 condiments they forgot to give them to me in my order. I tried to call store to let them know about these issues and someone answered the phone twice and stood quiet. Then when I tried to call back again they would answer and hang up the call immediately 4 seperate times. I don’t care if its a fast food place or not there should be more professionalism in the work place. Unfortunately they don’t have that here.

The employees here are very rude and slow. Most of the time , my online order isn’t even ready. And they’re not very polite and they don’t tell you like how long you had you’re gonna have to wait for your order. And they don’t really care, they act like they’re indifferent to the fact of whether they have your business or not, and they’re not genuinely happy to serve you as a customer.

They are always messing up my order. If I don’t double check they’ll get it wrong. I can’t always check because Im grabbing them something fast to eat so I can be on my way to the kids practice. It’s a recurring error and when I tell them the managers are always with an attitude because I’m holding up their line the say.

Very busy McDonald’s as there isn’t any other place on this exit worth eating. Food is always fresh and delicious.
However they have a hard time finding an online order on their app when you go pick it up. It’s a hit or miss with the service. Sometimes they are great, and sometimes act like they don’t know what they are doing.
