My whopper was RAW! The ordering kiosks do not work, tables are blocked off with caution tape, and I was told that there is no water available at the fountain dispenser. This is by far the worst fast Burger King I have ever visited.

I love BK…. HOWEVER! Today, at this location, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a BK restaurant…. OR ANY restaurant for that matter! The order was correct, but that’s the only positive at around 6PM on March 1st. My wife and I went through the drive through and parked in the lot to eat.

Absolutely disgusting. I stopped in to grab some breakfast for my family today and witnessed the manager (and a customer) berating one of the employees working at BK. The berated employee was clearly having what looked like an asthma attack and asked to go sit down and take a break and the manager told her No. the lady was visibly having an issue and a customer who appeared to be friends with the manager jumped in and screamed at her telling her to “go to the back! Don’t talk to your manager that way!!”
The poor lady did nothing wrong, y’all should be ashamed of yourselves treating an old lady this way.

The place is dirty. There’s flies everywhere. Bathrooms appeared clean and smelled fine but I ran out of toilet paper in there. There was none left, I had to text a family member to come in and bring me some. The mens didn’t have paper towels. Cashier’s look like they hate their lives. They seemed annoyed taking our order. They have a ceiling leak that’s left hard water marks all over a table and chair . There’s a puddle of water, the chair is peeling. They don’t have baby high chairs, so it was difficult to sit and eat in peace with a baby trying to grab everything from your lap. Overall needs a lot more improvement.

Staff informed delivery driver they were closed due to staffing issues. Their acceptance of an order triggers the payment, therefore I’m waiting 5-7 business days for my money back and my poor driver drove all the way to the location to pick up an order out of her own pocket. Very unprofessional, staffing issues happen- why accept the order if you can’t fill it?

Service was not up to expectations. Associate outside smoking. Didn’t recall seeing them wash their hands. Tea was as if a 5lb bag of sugar was poured in it. The one associates nails are wsy to long being in the fast good industry. Was passing through for a quick bite. Never again
