One of my most visited fast food restaurants. Giving an unfavorable review hurts my heart. They’re service has dropped considerably. The difference in food quality may be due to order not being filled accurately and timely. I have noticed what appears to be confusion during the order filling process. Ive had items left off on 2 different occasions. On one of those occasions an employee chased us down in parking lot. That made it partially correct but we discovered other items were incorrect once we were at home. I am hopeful review prompts adjustments. Cause I love y’all.

I love this Chick-fil-A! My girlfriend loves their fries and Polynesian sauce so we go in a few times weekly! Cashiers are always friendly and we always chat with them some. Was super cool because one employee prayed over me and my girlfriend! Food is always hot and good and is out within seconds of paying every time. There is this nice older fellow who always keeps the front meticulously clean and organized, I appreciate his hard work! So to sum it up they’ve been awesome every time for me and the food is always good.

I actually love Chick-fil-A and want to give it 5 stars. This is not just a single-location issue, but not filling items up is a problem here. If someone orders large fries, they didnt want the amount in medium or small fries in a larger container. If they order the ice cream cup, they dont want a single small swirl in there. Fill it up Chick-fil-A. Do better.

Not sure what has happened to this place. But breakfast seems fine. But everytime I go for dinner they’ll ask what sauce we want but they never give us straws or sauce anymore. You have to make sure to check and sit and wait for them to come back and ask why you haven’t left

I grew up in Atlanta eating at the original restaurant. The food quality today was so bad. The Wonky flat and rubbery chicken filets don’t compare with the former plump and fresh product. I pity career minded managers and clean cut young workers who did their best today and delivered great service. I wholly despise the corporation who changed everything that was ever wholesome and good about this place. IMHO.

I am here to update my previously negative review, because Chick-fil-A have redeemed themselves! After I expressed my concerns about my order always being wrong, everyone stepped up to make sure it was right! They understood my frustration and that made me feel that they truly cared. I must say thank you to Brittney (Senior Manager) who would often be the morning manager; she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right for me! She even typed the instruction for my order in Spanish so that the kitchen staff could understand. Hmm…I think she may be on to something. Let me clarify, my order was never being rung up incorrectly it was prepared incorrectly and that suggests that there is a language barrier. Thank you again!!

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The two young ladies taking the orders were not as attentive as they should’ve been. There was NOT one piece of chicken in my ENTIRE bowl of “chicken” noodle soup. The only reason the atmosphere received a 3 star rating is because the young lady who brought the food out did so with a pleasant greeting and a smile.
