We were skeptical about getting food here because of the reviews but my husband got us two veggie bowls with shrimp and my son quesadillas. It was amazing and fresh and there was a female helping him she was nice and patient with serving us. Thank you. we will be back. The ladies were nice. The guy at the register didn’t seem like he wanted to be there though or work.

I am surprised by the negative reviews! I recently went for the first time and tried the surf and turf bowl, I was shocked by both the quality and taste. The amount of food is a lot, the shrimp is cooked properly, the steak is juicy and tender, the fajita veggies are flavorful – and the best part is that every aspect of the bowl blends together nicely. You don’t even need salsa or sauce for the bowl to taste great but for an additional pop of flavor – the chile crema is my favorite! I had to go again with my significant other to get him on board with Qdoba too – we both love it! I wish I took pics but I ate it before I could – however, the one pic I have is to show they had to push the toppings down with the lid due to the amount of food provided. 10/10 would recommend

First time customer: I ordered on the App, which was easy to navigate. When I walked into the restaurant, they greeted me. Now my expectations are high, only 2B disappointed. Im in food service, so I get that things happen and there could be staffing issues, I try 2B patient. It was not busy, however, I had to wait 15 minutes pass my pick up time for my order, which was just sitting there. I ordered nachos and queso, a freebie for downloading the App and street tacos. They didn’t have the queso. I payed for extra guacamole for my nachos but didn’t receive. Maybe because towards the end I was rushing them to give me my food. I got to the car and my tacos were cold. I did have guacamole all over my bag which got on my car seats. The tacos were ok. The guacamole on tacos was tasty.

Very busy night! National Burrito Day! Service was friendly. The food was okay, but they had run out of several ingredients. Tables were not very clean. The entire staff was busy trying to keep up with in-person and online orders.

I ordered online and waited nearly 30 minutes for my order when people who walked in and stood in line got their order first. Me along with door dashers were standing waiting for an extended amount of time. I ordered a vegetarian style bowl and wanted brown rice and they were out of that. Then I heard them say they didn’t have chips. My guess was that they were understaffed as someone from the back had to come to the front to help. The staff did what they could do to me this is on management for not having the place fully staffed. Sunday after church everyone is hungry so it was quite busy then and I don’t think they had time to cook new things with the consistent line.

I have no clue how this restaurant has 4.2 stars. I ordered online for pickup and nothing in my order was correct. The bowl we ordered was missing cheese, salsa, and tortilla strips. The burrito I ordered wasn’t even a burrito. It was a bowl with the wrong meat, rice, and several missing toppings. The chips we ordered must be correct, right? Wrong. We ordered chips we pico de gallo and normal queso. We were given medium salsa and queso diablo. I can understand one item missing, but getting everything wrong in our order is inexcusable. Very disappointed because I know the quality Qdoba can deliver.
Update – the manager Earl called to discuss the issues mentioned above. He explained the situation and took full accountability for the poor service. I appreciate the phone call and updated the review accordingly.

Lookout Chipotle and Moe’s. QDOBA has great meat options and way more sauce options. They have the usual burrito toppings and also some more unique toppings that I found to be a pleasant change up from a typical burrito bowl you find at other places. This might be my new favorite burrito bowl spot.

Had the brisket birria, with rice and pinto beans, spicy queso, spicy sauce, guacamole and jalapeños.
Giant burrito, wonderfully flavored, seasoned well. Still not so spicy, but a lot of food in Virginia lacks heat. Trusty bottles of Cholula there to help out.
Staff was very nice. Helpful as well.

The service was amazing and great food. My server was Amari , he was very friendly and helpful with my food order. I had a quesadilla with the melted cheese it definitely was made to perfection. Overall great staff and clean space.
