We came here after a graduation and was told there would be a thirty minute wait. That wait turned into 3 hours! After the 1st hour the manager finally tried to seat us in 2 booths, so we were separated from the party. Then, we were not provided with plates, utensils, or napkins. They gave us our drinks in plastic to go containers. After 30 minutes the waiter comes and takes our drinks and appetizer orders. Then, 30 minutes later she comes back with our drinks. Then, she takes our order and goes away for 15 minutes. Brings the appetizers and all of the food items out individually.

So like first comes the bread, 10 minutes later comes 1 soup, 5 minutes later comes another appetizer. And then about 45 minutes later comes the food and it comes out looking like this. Like something you would feed to your dog. It looks like the dishes were not even washed. Like someone ate their food and then they took their dish and put our food in it. The sweet potato looked like they just poured the sugar on top. I mean just pitiful.

There was one lady who seemed like she understood our frustration, but aside from her, the manager and our original server did not give a crap.

I cannot believe we wasted our time here.

Came here for dinner after a long day and drive from Atlanta at Grady for burn assessments. I was really looking forward to a nice meal before going home.

It felt as though we were more of an inconvenience instead of paying customers. Tea was super sweet and not as requested so it sat mostly undrank. Brussel sprouts were burnt and soaked in oil (see pic). I was able to eat maybe three. Waitress (Shelby) was hurried and only really paid attention once it was time to pay the check (meaning she breezed in, dropped it off and breezed out).

Compliments to the chef however for a sirloin steak that was cooked as I asked and delicious.

I may come back but in all honesty, probably not. I’m so disappointed.

Please do better. I don’t expect sunshine and rainbows from a waitress who has been triple sat, but I also don’t want to feel like I shouldn’t have bothered stopping by either.

I usually enjoy stopping by this location on my way home from Atlanta for a to go order. Curbside service has truly declined. I have ordered three different times within the last month and a half. The first time I waited 15mins past my scheduled arrival time before I made a call and was told to pull up to the front of the building instead of the curbside parking space. The second time I just called after waiting 5 minutes in the curbside parking spot and was told to pull up front again. Today I pulled in up front at my scheduled arrival time and just called immediately. Nobody answered for approximately 6 minutes. So I went in and there was an employee working the to go cash register, standing near the phone that never got answered. There were 4 other bags sitting behind her along with mine. I didn’t bother to address her about the phone not being answered. I just told her my name and left with my order. It will be a long time before I return to this location at this rate.

Seating was quick.
Bread served pre-dinner was old, crust was wrinkled and hard.
Maybe was warmed for too long.(?)
Caesar salad was swimming in dressing.
Steak was good and cooked to requested temp.
Sweet potato was cooked well although smaller than what I’ve been served at other Longhorn sites.
Service was efficient and friendly.
Noise volume wasn’t noticeable. It was easy to have a conversation without straining to hear or be heard.

This is the second time we have came to Tifton’s Longhorn, and we have not been impressed. Our waitress Caitlyn took a few minutes to take our order. Then was fairly quick to bring our drinks. We waited a long time for our salads and was given a story that they didnt have any bowls, something to do with the superbowl, but they were not busy it was a little after 4. However, when the salad came the bowls were super chilled like always. So that appeared to be a lie. We were waiting for our food and was told about 5 more minutes. Then approx 15 minutes later she came by we still didn’t have our food. She then came back to our table and said the printer went down and they didn’t have our food ticket. We waited almost an hour for food that was never coming. We got salads though??? I think the printer going down was also a lie. Everyone else around was getting their appetizers and orders. Anyhow, as we were leaving I asked to speak to the manager, but was told I would have to wait a few minutes. We had already waited long enough and the manager should have came out then when I asked. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this Longhorn who do not care about their customers concerns nor being honest about making a mistake, not excuses. We did not pay for our drink nor our salad, although I did offer.

I had heard so many great things about this place and finally decided to try it and WOW. This place is wonderful!! The food was absolutely amazing, I had the Longhorn Salmon with a side of French Onion Soup and Mac n Cheese. Goodness, they were delicious. Although expensive, it was totally worth it. I was given large portions and even if I had been given smaller portions, the food was so good I don’t think I would’ve minded. The staff was stellar! My server was so sweet and attentive, I loved her so much! The seating arrangements were perfect! I had a party of six and we all fit comfortably. I loved the atmosphere so so much. It was all so cozy and warm, the decor was on theme and really pretty. Everything was super clean, especially the bathrooms. I absolutely recommend this place as I had an overall amazing experience. I will definitely be returning.

Ordered curbside Togo, long story short, I received the wrong order and drove all the way home. I knew it was a long shot, but I called in to see if I could have my money returned or another gift card, since that is what I paid with. I got in contact with the manager Shannon, and she resolved the matter immediately! Shout out to Shannon for being caring, apologetic, and understanding! This is how a manager runs a business, I hope she gets some recognition!

For the last 3 meals I’ve gotten to go they are too lazy to walk out and bring order to vehicle. Today I walked inside 12 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and 3 workers are just standing around the register laughing and talking. Meanwhile my order is just sitting on the counter. Most of the time they call me to come inside or drive to the front to pick it up.
Also they barely gave any butter for my baked potato and bread. This culture of laziness is getting out of hand at Longhorn.

Worst tasting steak ever. I could burn mine on the grill and it would taste better. Bitter bland is best way to describe. Ordered MW and it was crispy on the outside WD. Fries were not good either. Salad and bread were ok but salad was a little skimpy.
