I have recently moved near this location and have been ordering here for the past 6 months. In that time I’d say I have ordered about once a week on average, I don’t know what it is but for some reason the workers hate onion. I always ask for extra onions on my burger and it will have 0 onion. If there ever is, its just a singular tiny diced onion. Looks like they put the onions on, then took it off and left a tiny piece or two. I end up thinking “maybe I put no onions instead of extra”. I check the receipt on my phone, it says EXTRA. I check the physical receipt, it says EXTRA. I check the label on the burger wrapper itself, it says EXTRA. I know its something minor, but it has happened on EVERY order. Not a single burger has been correct. I am giving it a 3 Star only because the fries, nuggets, burgers, cookies, pie, you name it, ALWAYS fresh. But they always mess up whats on the burger. I will also put light or no pickle. Sometimes they will end up putting extra pickles. It honestly just irritates me. I dont think its hard to put on extra onions when it already comes with onions. Even if they dont put extra, at least the standard amount of onions, but no, they put none at all. Would love for that to be fixed. They are also never quick. Any time i order more than 1 or 2 items, they move me forward to sit in my car for 10 minutes. This will even happen when there is only one other car. There was a time where I sat there for 30 minutes. Only reason why I put up with it is because the food is fresh.

Consistently quality food and usually quick service. I’ve frequentled this McD’s over 15 years, and the level of service depends on the crew’s engagement. Only a handful of issues, but nothing that prevents me from returning the next week.

I came to this McDonald’s with a group of four around 9:50 PM after a comedy show. They let one of our friends walk in, then immediately locked the doors on the rest of us without saying anything. Our friend was still allowed to use the restroom, order, and eat inside while we were left outside confused.
We tried to place a curbside order through the app, but it was declined. So we went through the drive-thru instead. Even though the lobby was closed and no one else was inside, the line was still moving painfully slow.
When we finally ordered, the employees were rude and had an attitude at both the speaker and the pickup window. The food we got was cold, and when we asked for a spoon, the reaction we got made it feel like we asked for something outrageous.
I’ve never had such a frustrating and unwelcoming experience at a McDonald’s. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I wish there was a 0 for the ratings. With my crazy work schedule I have to door dash quite often if I have to work over. Tonight I waited well over an hour when it was supposed to be a 10-15 minute delivery. Without fail there’s no sauce on anything. The whole entire order is wrong. I didn’t even order half of what I got. I usually don’t complain because I know people are doing the best they can. But it’s like this everytime I get an order from this place or go through their drive through. I hate being negative, I know the work life can be hectic and have worked fast food myself. But this is unacceptable. I’m paying 3 times more than what I’m given…

why does every mcdonald hire the most incompetent people to make food. everytime i order i always get extra onions and i ALWAYS get none, maybe like 5 total, so not even the standard amount. this time i ordered 3 burgers with extra onions and there was none on them. i went inside to see if i could get a side cup of onions to put on. i was given enough for one burger and was told i couldn’t have anymore than that, even tho i have already paid and didn’t receive what i wanted. the rest of my food also had almost no toppings on it whatsoever

The way i’ve had so many issues from this one store. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE!! Seems like very very few actually know how to do their job and MOST of the staff has terrible nasty attitudes. This place always cracks me up. I order on the app and it still takes them 25 minutes to complete my order and then today i order a basket of fries and an apple pie. I pretty much got a medium fry in a basket and a holiday pie. there a screen in your face saying what’s in my order and they still get it wrong. if you want a good laugh because they don’t know what they are doing stop on by here because bro…this place ain’t ever ever ever on time or can make fast time. good luck everyone and please mcdonald’s. hire normal people and get a better manager

Unsure when it changed but this location has caved in to corporate greed. They didn’t correct the kiosk price for large waters, but they won’t make them for you at the listed price (FREE) anymore either. So now, to get the same amount of water to share with your spouse as before, you must order multiple cups. I fail to see how that is saving any resources or money. It just wastes more plastic.
If I had a place of my own to drink tap water, I’d obviously have been hydrating there. If I could afford regular drinks, I’d have been buying caffeine. If I could improve my financial situation clearly I’d have done that already as well. I’m not the only person in such a position, by a long shot… not that a business would ever care. Don’t be fooled by the “proud local ownership” line they push. Their bottom line is ultimately the only thing that matters.

No matter how many times you ask for extra ice when ordering at the kiosk, it’s never going to dispense from the machine. It’s been like this all year at least – and probably longer. You can even select Special Request to make sure somebody sees it and it doesn’t seem to matter.
