Purchased a Strawberry Daiquiri asked for (light liquor) when I received it — it was completely watered down & nasty as if it was sitting for a while or not properly made. I asked Manager if I could replace it or return it and she stated because of the liquor law they will not return it but also didn’t try to accommodate me either. I spent $90 and was not satisfied with the food or the drink.

This place is not good for UberEats. This the 3rd time they have sent my food hard and burnt. Normally I give them grace because I order atleast 2-3x a week as it is convenient. Now they are getting lazy. I literally am unable to eat the fries. The boneless wings are chewy. We are all human, but please be mindful.

So haven’t been to this location in years just because it was never a good experience for me here. I let my cousin talk me into going and had the worse experience ever. We got there ordered our food and drinks right away because we knew what we wanted. Food comes out my cousin wings were cold. So she sent them back. I start eating one of my crablegs and notice it was cold but im just thinking maybe its because they cooked it before the other food. So I start eating my shrimp which look like salad shrimp with breading but I ate them. Go back to eating my crablegs noticed it was really cold and find out it was still frozen. Wasnt fully cooked at all. So I pick up the other cluster to check it, and why was it frozen where you can still see some ice inside the cluster and very cold as if just was thawing out or something. I had our server take it back there so they can see and they were shocked and couldn’t believe it. On top of that the drink I took two sips because It was horrible. So I finally said hey ill pay for my shrimp and drink, that I didn’t drink and go. As we leaving out others were having similar issues. Our server was the best. That was the only thing good from that place. I dont feel good at this moment and im heading to urgent care because i feel horrible. Been running to the bathroom non stop and very nauseous. Never ever going back to this location. Im still in shock.

This is one of the best Hooters Restaurant to me, the food ( Wings, Hot Shrimp, Salads, Philly Steak and curly fries) is somewhat always good, and you can stay in tune with the sports and news on the many TV’s Available. The staff are as good as can be, but could be available more after introduction and taking the orders. The drink I ordered a frozen margarita was great. Plenty of free parking and the restroom was okay. It could have been refreshed for customers.

i did an online order and 1. when i walked into the to-go area and was taken care of i was not greeted, i had to cut them off and say hello. 2. they were not properly restocked so they had the servers/employees running back and forth for simple items (bags, extra carriers, sauces). 3. i was not informed they had no fried pickles or lemonade but when i asked for two free strawberry lemonades for my 25 minute wait and the miscommunication they lmk they could only do one, i didn’t care i just paid for the other one. my food not properly sauced, fries weren’t curly, long wait times and constantly forgetting things, no proper greeting and nothing but excuses as to why they weren’t informing people about the missing items they had. i love hooters and this one needs a little bit more attention.

Manager was sweet atmosphere was great. Be sure to check the sauce for the wings, mild and medium are oily butter sauce, NO taste… the Daytona sauce was good. They need better description of their sauces..

I went 1-9-26 at 730. Our waitress Dk was horrible. She was to interested in a 4top of all men, vs our table of 10. She had an attitude, while taking our order, didn’t write anything down. Kept forgetting about our beverages, so when the food came out, she one of our guest order in b4 even asking everyone else did the know what they wanted(which means they got their food way b4 the rest of us). When we was ready to order, she ignored us and stayed at the 4 top of men. So 10 min later she finally came to us took our order. Now 20 min go pass, our food comes out. Everyone else food besides my son’s burger comes out, my friend wings was wrong. I finally get her attention I tell her about it, she gets another attitude. Now anther 17min go past, my son burger still doesn’t come, but she brings my friend wings back, but no burger. By this time I can’t eat what I ordered because my son don’t have his food. I get up and I go get my son burger myself, I asked the cooks for a burger for table 34, they give it to me. Dk sees me right there and gets an attitude. I asked for the manager (Jen) she apologized and said she can train her but some ppl just dont pick up. Jen offered to remake my cold food due me not being able to eat since my kid didn’t have his. But DK made the bday experience bad.

I’m honestly not sure where to begin. When we arrived, we stood at the entrance for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us—and the restaurant was not busy. Once we were finally seated, we were assigned a server whose behavior was extremely unprofessional. From constant lip-smacking to an overall lack of basic courtesy, the experience immediately went downhill.

When our food arrived, my niece’s meal was drenched in what looked like an entire bottle of BBQ sauce. But what shocked me most was seeing the server notice an extra ranch cup on one of our plates and then reach over and remove it after the food had already been placed on the table. That is absolutely unacceptable and certainly not sanitary.

To make matters worse, the server spent a considerable amount of time socializing, gossiping, and using profanity with friends who were hanging around instead of focusing on her job. I ultimately had to track down a different server just to be able to pay my bill.

This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I expected much better.
