I just never been so disappointed in this location…. I asked for a mcchicken meal deal with NO mayo.. I received tartar sauce in my chicken nugget box and mayo on the damn mcchicken… This is so annoying. It’s so simple to read and put what’s on the screen in the bag…

Every single time except once for a breakfast order, my order was either wrong or missing items. This last time was the last time I go back to this McDonalds. I ordered a 2 Snack Wrap Meal, and not only did they only give me 1 wrap, but after me having to go back and get the other wrap, not only was the other wrap wrong w/lettuce after ordering with no lettuce. The first wrap had LITERAL MOLD ON THE WRAP. You could literally smell the mold on it! Luckily I caught it before eating it. Last time I got to McDonalds on Tuner Hill! Zero stars if I could.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Sandwich had nasty, brown, spoiled shredded lettuce on it. The chicken on the sandwich was dry, hard and tasted terrible. The fries were old and hard like cardboard. Food was cold. Worst McDonald’s ever!!!!

This place is awful. Wrong order was taken. We asked for two 10 pc chicken nuggets and got 1 10 pc nugget and a quarter lb? That quarter pound came straight from the freezer. It was undercooked. I tried to microwave it when I got home and it was still red. Glad I didn’t give it to my kids. Waste of money and time!

Everybody knows what Mcdonald’s is like. This one was quite unique.There was a combination lock on the bathroom door possibly due because of the homeless that I keep trying to get in there. It felt like this Mcdonald’s should have a security team working there.

This McDonald’s was the most disgusting fast food establishment I’ve ever seen. Filthy tables, floors, soda machines. Empty straw dispenser, full garbage. The staff gave our very simple order to a drive through customer by accident. No apology, just “oh we gave that out through drive through” . We wait for it to be made again and it’s wrong. I worked for McDonald’s as a teenager, boy have the standards been severely lowered. I can’t believe I have to actually give this place one star to be able to post. Don’t go here!

I go to this McDonald’s a lot because it’s close by to my house. I have had good days OK days and bad days so I go order some breakfast for me and my Family as my husband is biting into his steak egg and cheese bagel. He started choking so I look over and I’m so flabbergasted because he’s pulling hair from down his throat. It’s obvious that they don’t have one hairnet nor their hair pull back that could’ve prevented a lot of things. This will be my last time going there.

Be prepared to wait a while for your food. Even if you go through the drive thru and it is empty they will still have you park in one of the spaces so that they can take forever to bring it out.

The staff is non listening, argumentative and unorganized. I ordered the same frappe I order 4 days a week at other locations and the staff wanted to argue on how it should be made. I repeat I order the same thing elsewhere daily and know how the drink should be. I didn’t want anything special. Just for it to be made correctly. At what point do they just make the customer happy? Oh I forgot. Burger King.
