I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this place deserves one! The food was phenomenal. We got 7 share plates to split between 3 people and went home with some leftovers- the portions are a decent size. Everything we got (chimichurri steak, brussels, patatas bravas, goat cheese fritters, grilled cheese, fried cauliflower, and chicken pot pie) was great. The only critique I have, not even a critique just my preference, is to maybe request crackers with the goat cheese fritters since they are just large balls of fried goat cheese. The service and atmosphere were great as well. This was the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while between food quality and service, definitely a must visit if you’re in Atlanta!

Had a great experience at Buena Vida Tapas. Me & a friend got the Mushroom Pintxo, Chimichurri Steak, Garlic Shrimp & Duck Paella. The Mushroom Pintxo was my favorite & is a must try! For dessert we got churros which came with chocolate dip & strawberries on top. So good! I also got the Passion Kiss mocktail & peach agua fresca, which were both delicious! My friend liked her cocktails too. Great service & atmosphere!

My friends and I came for brunch on a Sunday during my friend’s bachelorette weekend in Atlanta. We were able to get a table pretty easily which was a little surprising for a group of 7 for brunch on a Sunday! Our server was amazing! He was so helpful and gave amazing suggestions for what we should order. He was also so accommodating whenever we asked for anything. Five stars for him! Since we were there for brunch we opted not to do tapas and instead all order entrees. They were out of a couple of things when we were there, specifically the chicken and waffles and the eggs Benedict with chicken. It ended up being totally fine especially as they were so accommodating about it. I got the Pimenton Chicken Breakfast Sandwich and we got a Churro French Toast for a sweet treat for the table to share. While I don’t drink alcohol, the rest of the girls got a bottle of champagne for the table (a recommendation from our server!) and a couple of juices for some mimosas. They chose mango and lychee and all raved about how yummy the lychee one was. The breakfast sandwich was yummy. It was so tall that it’s probably better to eat it with a fork and a knife. The churro French toast was great, but personally found it better as a little shared sweet treat rather than a whole meal since it was definitely on the sweeter side. The restaurant has such fun decorations. A great place to take pictures! Parking by Ponce City Market can be a little challenging with both paid street parking and garage parking. The parking garage attached to the restaurant is perfect since the restaurant validates free parking for a few hours. Definitely be sure to do that!

I’m not the easiest to please, but this place met all of my checkboxes! This was my first time here, but I wanted to try a brunch spot that was not your typical Atlanta spot. If I could rate the food, service, atmosphere, crowd, landscape, and amenities any higher, I would. The morning was cool, but we wanted to celebrate a birthday under the outdoor covered patio. The staff lit the propane heaters and it was very comfortable. There was also a separate eating area where a wood burning fire warmed guests. The team was very attentive with no less than 4 employees stopping by to just ask how our experience was going, one of which was the manager. When the food arrived, we asked for salt and pepper for the table, but it was never needed. The food is full of so much flavor and depth. The ingredients are high quality and it is apparent that the management and kitchen takes time to ensure that they send out a quality, well-prepared dish EVERY TIME! From the hostess to the waitress, everyone was very inviting, hospitable, and worked to ensure all of the guests had an amazing experience. Check out the pictures of the empanadas, brisket and potato bowl, grits (so creamy and smooth) and the fried chicken biscuit. Don’t let the names fool you. This is not your typical breakfast! We ended the meal with a warm and gooey brownie and a side of the best vanilla ice cream. This place can accommodate small or large parties as well. It’s definitely been added to our list. I think I’ll try the dinner menu next!!

We went here for valentines day and had a wonderful date night. Ladies were given roses, the lights were dimmed and the food was nothing short of delicious. Our server was also really nice and made excellent recommendations. We tried many of their tapas dishes and had a really nice time. I will say, if you are going during a special event like valentines day, then you should definitely should reserve a table. When we left, the line was out the door!

Was surprised with reservations for a birthday brunch and it was nothing short of amazing! The customer service is impeccable. The menu choices cover all the basics with the perfect fusion of “ATL Brunch”, and some traditional southern Spanish dishes with authentic flavors. The restaurant is trendy and inviting in a popular yet tucked away area and has a few indoor and outdoor dining areas suitable for most any kind of weather that can accommodate large parties. I will definitely be back when I am in town! Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience!

My husband and I decided to check out this spot while in Atlanta for a quick work trip. We thought the tasting menu was for each person to have 3 tapas and 1 paella and learned that it’s not the case. The menu was a little confusing in their language so when we learned that we were to share 3 tapas and a paella between us, we were concerned if that would be enough and if it was really a good deal. It was more than enough food and very much a great value. We didn’t even finish our paella and had to take that and our dessert home. The food is delicious, the service spot on, and the ambience fun (we were there on a Friday and sat outside and listened to some classical guitar). We definitely recommend this spot and will be back should we find ourselves back in Atlanta in the future.

We went as a family to enjoy dinner and had the best time! The tapas were delicious, the sangria was amazing, and the live music made the night even better. And yes… our waiter was none other than Brad Pitt, which made the whole experience unforgettable! Totally recommended!

The food was great, we just had tapas and steak & eggs and everything was sooo good. The empanadas were my fave. Achilles was a fun and attentive server and the atmosphere was nice (although the music was a bit loud where we were).

Loved everything! Our server was great, fun atmosphere. The food was great but that’s my only note. Most dishes felt like it needed a small tweak. The Brussels sprouts were great but just a little too sweet. The bravas were great but needed something else to give it a kick

Paella and cheesecake – no notes, they’re perfect.

Overall a great experience. And great server! Loved the food and will come back but would suggest some minor tinkering
