Would like to thank our waitress Angela, for giving my mom and I great service. We both ordered “The original trio” fajitas because the “Philly cheesesteak” is no longer available. Which was a bummer, but the fajitas did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend it. Thank you Chilie’s .

I have been here before. You may have seen my previous glowing post! Well, it was the same thing today! Lisa was my server. She was awesome. She practically read my mind. I had the Triple threat Fajitas, chicken, steak and shrimp. Oh so good and so hot!

Horrible service! Hostess sat us in a closed section. A nice server from another section came to talk to us because he saw us looking around for a server. He asked us for our drink order but some other guy brought them. He didn’t bring straws or utensils. Drinks tasted horrible! Just left.

I visited this location with my family and was seated in a large booth near the entrance on the right side. The restaurant was extremely busy, yet service was very poor. Our food arrived cold, and there appeared to be no visible management support on the floor.
I did notice an individual wearing a green shirt ( ear piece ) speaking with a table behind us for an extended period ( our whole dinner ) . If this person was a manager, it was concerning that no effort was made to address service issues or assist staff during peak hours.
This establishment used to be one of our favorites, but this experience was disappointing enough that we will not be returning. I hope corporate leadership reviews this location’s management presence and service standards

This didn’t seem like the most hygienic experience: the bus boy was spraying tables without being mindful of spraying guest and their food. He was also wiping tables flinging everything in the air. The utensils were dirty the guy bringing out appetizers was slamming things on guests tables, it was so off putting. The steak was good though

I placed my order at 6:30 pm and received confirmation that it was ready at 6:57 pm. I arrived shortly after, but I observed my food sitting on the counter for around 10 minutes while the takeout employee was occupied taking a phone order. It appeared she was the only person handling to-go orders, which caused a delay in getting my food handed over. I recommend that when the takeout staff is tied up, another employee helps cover so orders can be distributed in a timely manner. By the time I received my food at 7:15, it was lukewarm. I’ve worked in restaurant management for seven years, and I know these situations happen, but I do feel something could have been offered to acknowledge the wait and the quality issue.
