⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veterans Day Visit
We stopped by Olive Garden around noon for their Veterans Day special after visiting the Nashville Zoo. I expected a wait, but we were seated right away. The restaurant is big, clean, and easy to get around.
Our server, Xavier, was excellent. He was friendly, patient, and especially kind to my our two boys. When my son asked for more breadsticks, Xavier brought some out personally just for him, which meant a lot.
We’re from Cookeville and visit Olive Garden often, and the food is always consistent, portions generous, and prices fair. The tables tablet makes paying simple, too. He even thanked me for my service which was a nice gesture. Great experience all around.

No pasta a few shrimp No sauce for dessert horrors service as usual!! Where is the pasta in shrimp scampi? The kids meal had pasta under the broccoli and hardly any Alfredo sauce. Meatballs with spaghetti had hardly any sauce. I love this place and order once a month but it’s never consistently the same. I spend $75 on our dinners but for a chain you would consistently it to be the same. Well found out depending on kitchen and manager’s check. I also change the spaghetti for angel hair which you may get a smaller amount but sometimes you don’t know.

Even on presumably the busiest day of the year for Olive Garden (Valentines day, our yearly tradition), the service was prompt and kind, the food was tasty, and we didn’t even have to wait! Logistically it seems like they had everything figured out! Our server Ian was particularly fantastic

Coming from Virginia this is the best experience I’ve ever had at Olive Garden. Christina was amazing! She kept checking on us making sure nothing ran out, and the place was packed. Next time I fly out here I’m definitely coming back just to be in her section. Amazing experience!

Table was spacious and neat. We had a nice lunch time and the children enjoyed their meals. We had lots of food as attached and they were delicious. We saw people going in for birthday parties and group meals. The staff that served us was cautious and friendly. I will highly recommend this place.

I placed a takeout order, and even though they were busy and stressed due to an ice storm (they were one of the few restaurants open) they were very kind and got our food out so fast. Also, I have alpha-gal allergies and they were able to make me a meal of chicken, pasta, salad and breadsticks and took my allergy seriously. I was super impressed with everyone we encountered – they worked hard and cared a lot about customer service

Tyler Griffin was an outstanding server and made our experience truly enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy and stress-free. Tyler checked in at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had a great attitude the entire time. His professionalism and genuine kindness really stood out and added to the overall experience. If you’re lucky enough to have Tyler as your server, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic and our 2 waitresses (Jackie and Elizabeth) were good. However, I’m docking 2 stars for the fact that one of their waiters didn’t want to wait on our group as we had 10 people. They weren’t busy and they had a 20min call before we showed up but we had to wait because they had to find a waiter that would take us. Which we understand is alot of people but when you over hear the staff comment “not sure what the issue was, they seem like a nice family” that makes you not want to be a customer again for Olive Garden.
Im not sure if the “waiter” that was supposed to take us doesn’t like large groups or if it was because most of our group was hispanic but definitely something to watch out for if we ever eat there again.

The absolute best service! Our waiter was named Jonathan, and did absolutely amazing! We went in on 01/05 around 7:30 ish, and he was by far the best server we have had in a long time. He should be on the fast track for management with the way he was on top of absolutely everything. I don’t EVER write reviews but he seriously deserves the recognition.
