Terrible again… bagel burnt and thrown into the bag no wrapping at all. Tried the asiago sticks and they gave me 2 burnt and extra hard ones. This location is a constant disappointment.. my fault for thinking they could toast a bagel properly. Extremely rude workers, cant be bothered to acknowledge u at the window so they stick their hand out of it to hand u your bag of burnt crap. And yes i was on the phone with my husband so he heard how unprofessional you people are.

Today I ordered a Chicken Cobb Salad. It was not fresh at all. It had 2 small slices of avocado which were almost completely brown. I was extremely dissatisfied I paid $14 for a rotten salad. 🙁

RUN AWAY! Dont waste your time & money here. Go across the street to Tropical Smoothie-better food & pleasant employee attitudes. The incompetent people here are beyond rude and unprofessional. Always check your food before u eat it, I dont trust these people one bit. Their managers should be ashamed how their employees treat customers.. oh wait the managers are just as lazy & incompetent – thats why the workers are like they are. These things had the nerve to hand me untoasted bread on my “grilled” cheese one visit, u cant get any lazier than that. Workers have entitled spoiled brat attitudes and their food shows it. Slop thrown together & folded up in a wrapper thats extremely over priced. Dont pay for bad attitudes and mediocre food.. hell even Speedway across the street would be better than coming here.

Food was good as expected. Rating is 2 stars because the service is very slow and mistakes are common. Expect to be waiting minimum 15 minutes. More than half the times I have been here I have had to alert the staff to mistakes with my order. Once you actually get your correct order it is good as expected though.

Meal was over $31.30… pick 2, we got 2 . Found it odd that they had no more baguettes.. so they said they can switch it out for the slice of bread. I said ok sure…. See the photo… not for a $30 meal. Them high school kids aren’t it. It’s best to go to that place where adults are behind the counter

Panera bread has very tasty food and quite a varied menu. My wife and I had actually a coupon for one of those two four things? So my wife picked a full sandwich and I had one of the bowls but I think it was only a half bowl of the teriyaki chicken (very good), included was a French roll of some kind we also got a lemonade just one and a one bag of chips. Without the $15 coupon it would have been $25! I don’t know it just seems like it’s certainly it’s not worth that much?

I ordered the Chicken with Wild Rice soup.
Below are pictures from my soup. The large piece got stuck in my throat and I had to make myself throw up to get it out. I then looked through my soup and found another piece. I will NEVER eat at a Panera again.
